Square neck tops
There’s this top I reaaalllyyy want but it’s got a lowish square neck AND back. I hate how just wearing t shirts under things look - does anyone have any like creative ideas on how to make this work?

I’m looking for a co-ord skirt set like the ones in the pictures, but in a dark purple/plum/burgundy colour. I’ve seen a few different colours but none in the ones that I want. There’s a few on tiktok shop but the quality looks horrendous lol, the length is also a bit short looking
I did a blood test recently, and my estrogen was in the normal range, but at the lower end. My menstrual cycles are also quite long (~34 days), which again, whilst not abnormal can be a sign of lower estrogen.
Can shatavari help to increase this? If so, how do I take it?
Does anyone know where I can find a set like this in dark purple? Somewhere in Europe/the UK (also somewhere where the quality is actually decent lol)
My LO for the last few months has been my ex (who recently got married) and it’s absolutely destroying me that I can’t get him out of my head. My therapist suggested limerence as a reason for this, and it sent my mind back through my entire teenage-hood where I obsessed over so many people (usually mother figures), but this is different and it’s not just breaking. I don’t even like this man but I can’t stop thinking about meeting again, even if I would be destroyed by it (not to mention his wife…)
I’ve never deeped my limerent thoughts that much, it was always a teacher or a celeb or a friends sister or something and it just broke by itself I’m pretty sure? I thought when I got older I’d be over it, but this is a MAN and I’m so exhausted by these thoughts i physically don’t know how much longer I can handle it
I keep seeing dresses on tiktok for jardinvue, and they’re soooo pretty but idk if they’re actually legit? Has anyone bought stuff from them? Lowkey seems a bit too good to be true lol
Any suggestions for restaurants with floor seating? Like how Afghan restaurants have cushions etc and you literally sit on the floor
I need suggestions that are both vegan/veggie and halal friendly :))
Does anyone know of any mosques in London that offer services where you can just speak to an imam for advice etc? Ones that are open to women as well specifically, and offer guidance on things outside of marriage
I’m planning a big-ish birthday dinner with a few different friend groups. I want a restaurant that has a good vibe for people to actually talk (no like super loud music, not super crowded etc). I do also have friends that have different dietary requirements though - one is vegan/vegetarian (depends on her mood lol), and a few of them are Muslim so I need it to be halal as well as having vegetarian/vegan options. I don’t have a preference for cuisine tbh so any recommendations would be appreciated!
Essentially the researchers in a paper used surveys to start with, and then used the individual survey results to inform interviews. It’s not explanatory though because they didn’t fully analyse the survey results before they started interviewing and the survey was still open whilst interviewing. They did however use individual survey results to guide
interview questions so it’s not convergent either.
What are your thoughts? I don’t think this is an invalid methodology but it’s also not classical mixed methods. They defined it as explanatory sequential so just wondering what other people thought of that
I kind of messed up with my research methods. I thought I was using and explanatory sequential mixed methods approach, but I reaalllyy didn’t and I have no idea what to write in my dissertation now.

The main difference seems to be that profit is variable right? But if you had a savings account with a variable interest rate would that not literally be the same thing just labelled differently? Bc interest in savings accounts conventionally is already generated from the returns on the bank’s investments?
This is obvs not accounting for what is actually being invested in
I’m struggling to actually settle in a routine and I was wondering what things everyone does that make their day centre around Islam/Allah? Besides salah of course. I had a phase where I was doing tafsir everyday, but recently I’ve felt like i just don’t have time to actually sit down for an hour and do that, but I also don’t want to lose whatever sense of Iman that has been built.
I’m looking for more knowledge-seeking things rather than adhkar, sunnah prayers etc bc those currently don’t feel good difficult :)
This isn’t urgent at all bc my grad is in December lol but I’m looking for a purple dress, I don’t really have any other criteria (apart from it being modest obvs). I really like this one from batul the collection but it’s out of stock 💔, I like the house of haniya cape style ones asw but I’m 5’8 so I’m 99% sure they’ll be too short on me.
I’m applying for a policy advisor role that I reaaalllyyy want, and I was wondering if anyone had any examples of cover letters that were used in their (successful) applications that they’d be down to share?
I watched this video on Islam Answers which basically said that most masjids are playing isha too early (like 10:30 ish rather than 11:30 ish which they claim it to be). I just don’t get though how so many massive mosques (Manchester Central and London Central for example) are all doing it at the ‘wrong’ time? Does anyone have any more info on this from other imams who follow the earlier timings?
One of my cousins keeps raving about how tampons are sm more comfortable than pads, so I gave into the fomo and bought a box. I tried to use them today though and it’s so painful I couldn’t get it in more than like half an inch 😭😭. I’m wondering if that’s normal and it’s just bc I’ve not slept with anyone, or if it’s vaginismus or something?
Salaam. I’ve been going through a bit of a tough time and I was wondering if anyone has used any Muslim therapists/counsellors? I reached out to one that I keep seeing but they haven’t gotten back to me after our consultation call so I’m wondering if anyone knew of any others?
