Stuck between love of barbell & love of body building split 😭

As someone who has transformed my body before I know the power of compound movements and lifting heavy (limitless) will really give you the physique you want (or me wants)- however I also used to do traditional body building so I love programs like Ascend and I miss just certain movements when I go all in on limitless. Like an upper body day just hits sometimes!!!!

Is anyone else stuck between these two and have you found a solution?

I know the importance of also just following a program so I hate to jump around :/

balancing hot yoga with strength and conditioning

Hi all! I’m on my second week of hot yoga and holy hell all of you were right- I’m completely addicted and in love. One looming question I have is fitting it into my other training. I do traditional strength training (4 days compound lifting alternating upper and lower) and one day of cardio (sometimes hill walks sometimes run).

Currently I’m squishing one hot yoga session in mid week (vinyasa or slow vinyasa). I’d love to do more but honestly worry about overdoing it.

Does anyone else have a split they can share or advice on adding in more?

Is one enough to be effective?

Thanks in advance!

Best AI for two moms who desperately need to relax but also adventure

Looking for something that we can do for four nights. I’m boujee but my girl friend isn’t so we can meet in the middle there. Good food really matters to me. We both have been grinding so hard and we need a place that resets our life basically so plz help!

Dates: tentatively march
Nights: 4-5
People: two 30 yo females
Budget: $6,000 (doesn’t have to include flight)

We have money to spend but we also love a good value and are thrifty too. More expensive isn’t always better.

Rep:Auth Giglio comp

Sharing for those who may be interested in this bag. A friend shared pics of her auth version (black) so I thought I’d share a side by side with my rep (brown).

One big noticeable difference is the slouch- but as you can see the black color way is noticeably slouchier in general. Friend shared that the SA told her it came that way and what made black a bit different. All that to say, not sure if this is really a flaw.

Otherwise hardware color size stitching all look good- but I do not have as trained eyes as some of you pros- so please share if something catches your eye.

I bought this bag from Anna (1100), had a great experience and quick shipping.

first haul!

Just glowing in the light of my first rep haul and wanted to show these lovelies off. TY to all the rep ladies who came before me and left great resources and references that helped me find the right connection(s).

h3rm3s p!cot!n ?

Dying for this bag, but Hermes is a brand I hesitate to rep. I’d only want a really high quality version, with soft leather and good details. Has anyone found one?

Favorite activity/adventure date?

Lately dinner dates seem so boring, and we have more fun when we adventure together. Willing to travel a bit. Any ideas? Really good hikes, pottery painting, pottery throwing, fun stores idk?? Help me think
