It took over 11 minutes to fill-in the circles on this sizable 66-item ballot. I recommend voting early because the lines on election day will not be short!

Couldn't Daddy stay upstairs when Jim comes?" American Institute of Men's and Boys' Wear (1958)

"Couldn't Daddy stay upstairs when Jim comes?"

Nothing is more candid - often cruel - than our own children's appraisal of us. How do you measure up? Does your appearance make your daughter proud when her friends come...or would she rather slip out before they see you? In the eyes of your family, in the eyes of the world, what you wear can make such a difference. Wherever you go, whatever you do, your clothes never stop talking about you!

Dress Right-you can't afford not to!

American Institute

of Men's and Boys Wear

To Dress Right, shop at stores that display this symbol.

For booklet "How to Dress Right...What to Wear When," send 10 cents to cover cost of handling to the American Institute of Men's & Boys' Wear, 386 Fourth Avenue, New York 16. N.Y.

HAVE A GOOD WEEKEND. YOU DESERVE IT.

Not sure if the quote is verbatim. In the 1990s, the Hyatt House in Commerce would sometimes post the sentiment on their rooftop sign. I always appreciated it.

From 1972, a Nature Gems® orb with a desert tarantula. Can its look be improved? (5 photos)

I was given this preserved desert tarantula and was wondering if the appearance can be improved. The 1972 patent mentions a "liquid phase containing a water soluble vinyl monomer, a water-soluble aldehyde, a cross-linking agent and a free radical producing catalyst". Can this globe be cleaned up?
