i’m back here and it’s so much touristy than I last was here in 2019, still as beautiful as I remember, but feeling kinda lost ;)
Lunedì sono andata al lavoro normalmente e a mezz’ora dalla fine del turno mi viene comunicato verbalmente di non presentarmi il giorno dopo al lavoro perché sono stata licenziata.
Così.
Contratto tempo indeterminato, ma c’è crisi aziendale e mi lasciano a casa.
Sempre a voce, mi viene chiesto se voglio essere licenziata per giusta causa (si inventerebbero un motivo e io dovrei firmare che sia vero, per avere subito la naspi) OPPURE essere licenziata più avanti per riorganizzazione aziendale, dicendo che ad agosto e a settembre non potrebbero pagarmi lo stipendio.
Ancora devo ricevere la comunicazione scritta del licenziamento, ma il responsabile mi sollecita di riportare il pc in azienda.
Come comportarsi in questi casi?
Come tutelarsi? Qualcuno ci è passato e ha consigli pratici e utili?
(Avvocato già sentito, dice che impugnare il licenziamento sarebbe inutile perché l’azienda non ha niente.)

come da titolo, nella casa che ho da poco comprato ho queste due travi con uno spazio in mezzo (foto nei commenti), dove ho notato molti nidi di vespe muratrici.
Cosa posso usare per chiuderlo? Serve un materiale un po’ elastico, tipo silicone (si usa sul legno? booh) o più una resina?

I’m 31, I live in italy and since I was about 20 I wear sunscreen everyday on my face. My skin is dry and maybe a little bit sensitive.
I am noticing lately the skin on my face is starting to sag, I’m also starting to notice a liiiittle bit of jowls.
Lately I’ve been busy and my routine has slowly shrunk, some products finished and I didn’t bother to buy them back.
What I use is:
AM - SKIN1004 spf50 and sometimes I apply the SKIN1004 brightening capsule
PM - sometimes the Snail Truecica miracle and once per week the Beauty of Joseon revive eye serum
What would you add to this “routine”?
Have you any recommendations for sagging skin? Can it be fixed or once it starts there’s no way back?
