Difficult healing

Please pray for healing of my heart, soul and faith. I’m struggling through the hardest break up of my life and it’s left me questioning why God would bring me such a love only to take it from me in the end. It wasn’t a perfect relationship but I truly felt like I was his rib and he made me feel like it more often than not. This break up came on top of a huge decline in my mental health as well as several other things in my life all falling apart at the same time. I feel like I’m being punished and I don’t know why. I pray all the time. I read and study The Word. Aside from God, he was the only thing that kept me grounded. He was the calm in my chaos. We both put God at the center of our relationship. We prayed together, shared scripture with one another. I just don’t understand and I’m losing hope that things will ever be good again.

How?

How do you stay no contact when you miss them so badly it hurts? The heartbreak pain in your chest that makes you lose all your strength. I don’t feel strong enough.

So sad

I’m just so sad all the time. It’s only been 8 days broken up and 6 days of no contact but I feel like this sadness will never end. I burst into spells of sobbing as quick as someone can snap their fingers. All I have to do is think of his voice and I’m sobbing so uncontrollably that I can’t even catch my breath. I think about how I’m here completely heartbroken and lost and unable to function at all, yet he’s there just living his best life like nothing was ever real. Does the sadness ever go away?

Consistency

My bf (41) just broke up with me (f43) a few days ago and I can’t even be mad at him. His main reasoning…well, only reason honestly, is my lack of consistency. The only thing I’m consistent at is being inconsistent. I am medicated for my adhd as well as for depression, anxiety and OCD, but my adhd still chews me up and spits me out every single day. My executive functioning is nearly nonexistent. When I do start something I can only stick to it for a few days at most before I completely stop. He pointed out that I live in a box by my own choosing and he really isn’t wrong. I keep myself in the box because I can’t stay consistent enough to be outside of it. Does anyone else have any experience with this? Any tips? ANYTHING?
