So guys, remember.ber when I made that post asking which is worse mind control or killing? I think I found an interesting real life parallel.

So I was reading a little bit on the internet about this guy called B.F. Skinner, who helped developed a method called Operant Conditioning, to make soldiers kill more easily.
I also read he believed free will and individual dignity were total myths and complete illusions.

It's kind of interesting to look at the mindsets of people behind this kind of training and the philosophy behind killing.

If I have some wrong information correct me but...

For those who agree with killing in self-defence or defence of others but don't agree with the Black Box plan, why?

Do you think the Black Boxes are a lesser evil? Do you think it's too dangerous when it's in the wrong hands? Does it only become a problem once it's in the wrong hands, or the wrong people are being targeted? Do you see a difference between killing someone with a gun and using a Black Box to wipe their mind?

Anyone wonder how Maximus would react to the whole mind control plot?

Just gets me wondering because we know how Lucy feels about it, but Maximus is the more Neutral karma / wildcard character.

What do you guys think?

Looking back, if there's one thing I respect about Merle and Negan is that unlike Rick, they OWN the fact they're pieces of shit.

There's a certain transparency for in characters who go mask off and embrace the fact they're not good people, and I think this gives them a certain love to hate energy because they;re so over the top, and they're so kinda... honest about the fact they're not good people.

Do you ever feel like the problem with the idealistic characters wasn't that they were too idealistic, but rather they were immovable objects, but not unstoppable forces?

Now, feel free to disagree with me, but for all his faults and flaws, if there's one thing I think guys like Shane and the Governor had, it was momentum. They had a goal, they had a plan, they had a mission, and they were going to see it through.

They didn't just whine and protest and stand around saying they weren't going to do something or saying it was wrong a million times over. They were going to get shit done.

What I'm talking about are the guys who would go to hell and back, fight tooth and nail, and they search everycorner of the earth, no stone unturned, Plan A to Z.

Aspiring filmmaker camera op here. I'm looking to make movies, but I'm having some trouble coming up with new ideas and my mind goes kinda blank when I wanna do that. I need... inspiration.

Anyone know what I can do to get out of this creator's block?

I just wanna ask for the hell of it given out of all the Seven cast, him and Homelander are like the only original ones from the start of the show that are left now, given the high turnover rate, Translucent's death, A-Train's death, Maeve's disappearance, Mr. Marathon's retirement and death, etc etc.

I'm coming to realise I think that anxiety, depression stuff like thst are about feelings first and foremost, and they can creep back as much as you know somethong rationally.

Any coping strategies?
