am I wrong for giving someone a 3 star review for shipping my vinyl in a bag?

I bought madison beer’s silence between songs vinyl (opened) for $17 off of someone. in the description, it was listed as like new and the photos showed no damage. the record came in a bubble mailer, all four corners were creased, the record was coming out of the jacket, and was scratched itself. hard to see in the pictures but it’s there. I ended up giving them a 3 star review, but now I feel kind of bad. they didn’t say anything about it, but I still feel weird. should I have been more forgiving?

cigarette smoke and less not on the dress?

I recently noticed that on olivias dress on the back of the vinyl, cigarette smoke and less are not shown. was this a mistake, were they not on the album at first, or are they just hidden in the folds of the dress?

rough trade vinyl delay

i’m so upset that it’s taken this long. i ordered the signed indie exclusive vinyl from rough trade on april 21st. got delayed on the 23rd to may 14th. i was a little irritated but thought it was fine. may 14th comes by, the 15th, 16th, and 17th, so I email them asking why it hasn’t shipped yet or if there was another delay. they say they’ll ask the team or whatever. the next day, they say they havent heard back. later that day, i get ANOTHER email saying it got delayed to the 28th. very upset especially because they didnt have an answer of why it was delayed and it’s been over a month of when it was supposed to come. it’s marked as “shipped” but when i click on the tracking it says only the label was created. anyone else who ordered it annoyed??

TL;DR team was being unhelpful and my signed indie exclusive vinyl still has not shipped over a month past it was supposed to.
