Cheaper neighbourhoods to get a hotel

My wife and I would love to spend a few days in Québec City for my birthday in September. Have only been there for a few hours before and want to walk and explore.

The Old Québec area is top of our list, but the hotels are a bit pricey. Is there an area nearby that's cheaper, but still easy to get to via transit? Obviously not too far out as we want to see the city, not be doing long commutes.

Many thanks.

Two episodes missing from Animated on Tubi

Any idea why Corner Gas Animated on Tubi is missing S04E02 and S04E04?

It's odd since they have the rest of the series.

1 Bid prize value

When was the last time a prize for the 1 Bid was less than $500? It feels like years.

But recently quite a few contestants have been doing 250, 350, 450 bids. So the person who does between 500-600 easily gets up on stage. You can see Drew’s "Really? You think we have $250 prizes?" smirk.

2 for the Price of 1

When you lose a great trip to Portugal because you don't know 2 for the Price of 1 is pretty much a gimme game. 😔

Xfinity Blue Jays recording cut short

When you record some sports, like the Jays, the Xfinity box says recordings will automatically extend. That didn't happen last night (May 20) in the rain-delayed game against the Yankees. My recording ended before the game did. 🤦‍♂️

I mean, they own the team, you think they could get the recordings right.

Moonfin - can we get pre-rolls before TV shows?

I'll post to the Moonfin Github if need be, but I'm curious if there's a way to get pre-rolls before TV shows? Before a show like Bob Newhart, I like to play an era-appropriate network bumper.

Jellyfin's native web interface will play the pre-rolls I have setup for TV shows, but I already know that the native Android TV client doesn't. Was testing Moonfin and noticed it doesn't either.

Does anyone know of a good pre-roll or cinema snipe for Westerns? It doesn't need to be Jellyfin specific.

Thanks.

Sometimes I'll be looking at a library or an item's detail page on my Google TV app. I'll then switch to another app or turn off the TV.

The next morning my wife or I will load Jellyfin and it's on the exact same page.

Not a real problem, but is there any setting that says "return to homepage after X minutes/hours"?

Has anyone had luck grabbing just the regular English audio track from Tubi?

I've tried several magical incantations and always get the descriptive audio.
