Is anyone facing an issue regarding the activation of their blocked account on Expatrio?

I am in Germany and have successfully completed my identity verification online via a service agent. I was asked to proceed further with the activation of the blocked account and German bank account, however, I submitted my visa in place of my residence permit (under process) an option provided by expatrio themselves but it has been 3 days since it says "visa under review". Due to this I am unable to proceed with the account activation and receive my monthly payouts.

I have emailed the customer service yesterday and have received no response. The website contact service is an AI bot which provides generic response.

Is there anything else that I can possibly do?

Should I just patiently wait?

CSP has asked to upload a school leaving certificate of my highest qualification which is my bachelors degree but my university does not provide a leaving certificate and CSP is not accepting the transcript and final degree certificate as the substitute documents. What do I do ?

I am unable to secure myself an appointment for my biometrics at VFS mumbai for a german student visa. Everyday that I check the website says the slots are full or unavailable and will open at regular intervals. While my documents are under verification at CSP. I am a little confused on how I should proceed. Please let me know if anyone is facing the same situation as I am.

I need some information about the student card, whether I should get it posted to my home country or just wait until I get to Gießen ? The accommodation application has a massive waiting list and would be happy to share a double apartment with a fellow student.

I paid nbyula 25k to process my applications to german universities which had a slightly different application process for the masters in medical sciences. However, no applications were sent and I had to do it all by myself taking time off work. Thankfully, I managed to get several offer letters from the universities but Nbyula has ghosted me and is non responsive to even provide a refund let alone have a conversation.

Can someone please help me here ?

Tip : Always opt for public health insurance.

Universities ask for the health insurance number in order to complete the enrollment process but the M10 certificate is directly sent to the university. Any idea how I am supposed to be completing this process w/o the HI number?

Upgrad counselling session: They initially asked my documents to check my qualifications and eligibility to study in Germany. Now each university has their own criteria to gain admissions to which I did inform them about my gap year and what I was looking for (summer intake). After assuring that my needs would be met I enrolled in Upgrad for a study abroad program.The initial booking amount to continue with upgrad after the counselling is 10k. The sales representatives in this company are very misleading and tell students that they will provide facilities such as IELTS, APS, upskill courses extra all for the amount of 2.2L. They get you hooked onto a 3rd party loan company to provide financial aid but as soon as the booking amount and the registration with FIBE is done they forget about your existence. They will call you and tell you that you have to pay an extra amount for all the above mentioned services as they only provide assistance in filing the application and not the application fee. They is no communication between the initial counsellor and the next regarding your needs.

Furthermore, the scheduled upskill courses are unsuitable for working professionals. The refund policy is a joke they don't cater to and the harassment by FIBE for the EMI is torture even after requesting a cancellation to upgrad since I have not availed any of their services that were unsuitable to my requirements.

Even after 2months they have not resolved the issue. Whilst my CIBIL score gets affected.

I have filed a consumer complaint and one to RBI. PLEASE BE AWARE OF UPGRAD! and help in whatever way you can. Thank you !
