I love the chewy and sticky texture ng goldilocks. Lalo na yung mouthfeel. Do you have any tested recipe that yields this result? I saw multiple recipes in youtube kaso Im not sure which to try first.
I made plain and ube egg tarts with pre-made shells. I have 4 packs left (120 tarts total 😵) that are gonna expire this august. Cant sell because theyre frozen. I dont trust lalamove lol.
I already made quiche, spinach tarts, chicken ala king, chicken pot pie, apple pies. Running out of filling ideas lol

Brunch sa Shakeys. Shet ang sarap. Pero kailangan ko uminom ng gamot before breakfast. Pagbukas ng pillbox, wala na pala. Kailangan ko na uli bumili. Kaya pala may sobra.
Tofu sisig + enoki tempura for dinner. Biglang nawala kuryente habang nagpiprito 😭😂
My nieces request for “cakes” on their birthday. This year, a brownie cake was requested. I suck at making frostings and I CANNOT do piping designs! I tried making water ganache and was pleasantly surprised that it worked!
I might have went overboard with the sprinkles, but it’s for a birthday, so I guess it works lol
We have “strays” sa apartment compound namin. They are not owned by anyone, and they sleep inside the compound. They are well fed and get baths from time to time. They also get anti rabies vax from the local vets. Relatively healthy sabi nung local vets. Walang nagaampon (including me) kasi ayaw pumayag ng landlord. They are okay basta nasa labas ng mismong unit.
Now, I saw that they have ticks ngayon. This is my first year sa unit and ngayon ko lang nakita. I cant afford bravecto and nexguard kasi 3 sila na large aspins. Im barely keeping up with the cost of caring for my small dog (allowed inside kasi maliit).
