007 First Light is the first game I’ve played twice in one year

At least not to my knowledge, I don’t think I’ve ever played the same game twice in one year.

Not sure why lol. There’s a lot of amazing games out there where I’m hooked 100%. I just have a rule for myself where any game I play for the first time or a game I replay, I never play it again more than once per-year.

007 First Light changed that. Played it when it first came out, reinstalled it and now I’m playing it again for the second time.

Absolutely gorgeous game from top-to-bottom.

Truly a 10/10 gaming experience for me

Had a lot of life events happen this year, so I haven’t been able to bowl much. First two games back in the game and I didn’t do too shabby.

SteaMidra

Just downloaded SteaMidra today after work, and I gotta say - it’s been incredible!

I’ve been using repacks for years (primarily FitGirl, but would use Dodi as a last resort). And while I will always appreciate repacks, I recently discovered the SteaMidra method and it’s been a life-changer!

Being able to download essentially any Steam game for free, directly from the Steam client, saves so much time without having to download a torrent and then the file inside the torrent.

Plus, you get achievements! And it’s easier to play your games online!

There’s a great tutorial that I actually found on here. 100% recommend trying it out.

Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced

This really was a stellar remake of an already fantastic and visually gorgeous game.

This brought me back to what Assassin’s Creed used to be.

Honestly, I would love if Ubisoft took the Resident Evil route.

Remake all of the classics, and just give us a new game maybe every 5 years or so.

The older Assassin’s Creed titles deserve the love and care that this remake got.

Can’t even remember the last time I purchased a game. Been a pirate for well over 10 years now and saving money on games (especially now with games being fucking $70) has been a life saver.

Installation Stuck At 0%

I’m sure this has been posted here so many times, but what should I do when the installation is stuck at 0% and doesn’t move?

For context, it’s not every game that does this. For some reason, it’s primarily some older titles that get stuck downloading.

I downloaded Black Flag Resynced perfectly fine. No issues.

Finished it, and went to go download Hitman Absolution. Stuck at 0%. Tried it again with Sleeping Dogs. Still stuck at 0%.

Is there anything I can do on my end to fix a download that’s stuck on 0%?

Thank you!

Planet Coaster 2 Question

Hey, FitGirl users!

Just downloaded Planet Coaster 2 from FitGirl, and currently in the process of installing it.

Is there a way I can download creations from the Frontier Workshop to use on the pirated version of the game, or will I actually need to buy the game to do that?

Thank you!

Just got the 17 Pro Max! The camera on this thing is absolutely breathtaking. Anyway, here’s a pic of my 8-week-old son!

Wanting to switch from iPhone. Your thoughts?

Okay, so I’ve been rocking with Apple’s ecosystem since the iPhone 4S. My current daily driver is the 16 Pro Max, and I’m someone who gets a new phone every year or two — I know maybe it’s a waste of money, but that’s just how I’ve always been lol.

However, I’m pretty exhausted with iPhone. I feel like every year it’s the same thing, same experience, same screen, same camera, same battery life, same everything. It’s getting boring.

I was thinking about switching to Android for essentially the first time in my life, and I’m curious about other peoples experiences switching from iPhone to Android (primarily Samsung).

What’s the experience like? What’s the first thing you did? How long did it take for you to get used to Android’s ecosystem?

The one thing that’s primarily drawing me to Android in particular is the customization. I think it’s really neat how Android essentially lets you customize every aspect of their OS, where Apple restricts you from doing a lot with theirs.

Another thing I’m a huge fan of is taking photos, and that’s really the one thing that’s always drawn me to iPhones. How does the S26 Ultra’s camera compare to the iPhone 17 Pro Max?

Thank you!

2026 Hyundai Tucson SE!

Just traded in my 2023 Hyundai Tucson and bought the 2026 Hyundai Tucson SE!

I’m absolutely IN LOVE with the bigger screen, and I absolutely adore the interior/exterior color that I chose.

Just drove it home from the dealership and it absolutely runs like a dream.

I know I say this now, but this is my third year rocking with Hyundai — I don’t see that changing any time soon.

Should I get a 5090 Gaming Laptop?

I know the title is extremely vague, so let me explain.

I’m thinking about selling my custom built 4090 desktop to get a 5090 laptop.

I built my 4090 back in 2023, and the specs are insane. I also would be selling my Asus OLED monitor with it.

I just want something more minimalistic. My girlfriend and I recently moved into a new apartment, and my desktop setup is literally so big in our spare bedroom. It takes up a large chunk of it. I was thinking of selling that to get a 5090 laptop that I can just comfortably use in my living room on the couch, or even in bed.

Do you think it’s worth it? Or would I be making a monumental mistake?

And if it is worth it, what 5090 laptop would you recommend? (Was looking at some Alienwares that I thought looked stunning).

Thank you!
