I have this horrible texture raised pores bump rough orange peel look i need advice please

My skin looks like this i dont know whats caused it i do get pink patches over my face even with washing with water i want my normal skin back

I had spots as a kid but not acne i have a few scars but dont know why my face is this texture i need help.

Before anyone says its acne scaring its not i had a few spots growing up but no acne i have this werid bumpy texture on my face all these bumps especially around my pores im trying to get my skin back to normal ive tried cleansers creams nothing is working:(

Why is my skin like this and how do I fix its like gone all rough with millions of tiny bumps

I have this weird grainy texture on my cheeks and temples but not forehead when I apply moisturiser to my whole face only my forehead absorbs! Within 30minutes my temples and cheeks are shiny my skin does not feel dry at all! Ive done double cleansing hydration routine used saycilic acid still no luck! Ive been told it could be a thickened skin barrier due to years of irritation i cant seem to find anyone with texture like this

Ive tried double cleansing moisturing but wont absorb into my cheeks or temples but will on my forehead my face doesn't feel dry it becomes so shiny after products ive heard urea is a one to look into

Please someone help me as a kid I never bad acne just few spots nothing major but suddenly my face went to this texture and people think I have acne now I have all these tiny bumps and rough patches around my pores and no they're not closed comedones. Ive tried moisturisers facial scrubs nothing cuts it i was told I may have a thickened skin barrier by an online doctor or keratosis pillaris but others have said its definitely not keratosis pillaris! I just want to get my face back to normal its destroying my confidence! - also whenever I apply a moisturiser its like it doesn't absorb just sits on my face and temples becomes really shiny within Minutes but somehow my forehead doesn't have this texture and it absorbs products well. Will urea cure this?
