Still no support help for the wall decor glitch from 2 months ago, I've been locked out of my account for 2 months due to no fault of my own
Hi, its been two months since my house broke bc of the wall decor glitch. Two months ago when it happened, I submitted a support ticket, and a few weeks later when they finally replied I chose the "rollback my character status to before the new patch" option. They replied saying it would take 48 hours and to please not log onto the game during this time.
Since then I've emailed once a week for a month and a half (ish) and they continue to say they do not have time to complete my rollback yet. Months. I cannot log onto the game because they keep insisting to not do so while the rollback process is going on. I've essentially been temp-banned because of THEIR OWN glitch problems with their patch and their lack of actual help in their support team.
I am getting incredibly frustrated and I am increasingly heartbroken. Not only have I lost my build I sunk 700 hours into but I'm at the mercy of a support team that seems to keep forgetting about me to be able to play the game at all. I've missed two patches and it doesn't look like they're going to remember me to help me any time soon.
I understand this Reddit is player community, not support. However, I wanted to 1) admittedly just kind of make people aware of how support has dropped the ball, but also 2) I wanted to ask:
Is there anyone, anything, any possible help I can look for outside of the support link. Is there any dev I can message or another link/social media/anything I can contact to try and get my account finally rolled back so I can finally access the game again? I have almost a thousand hours and I've put over $100 into cosmetics, I just want some actual help back and a little bit of respect rather than to be ignored...
Edit: someone on the D/scord (censoring bc of automod) just told me that some people are getting emails back that says support lied and they can't actually rollback their accounts and all hope is lost.
It is astounding how little the devs and their support team actually care about their playerbase. It doesn't how much money you may spend or how many hours you put in. They don't care about you--yes, you, reading this. They don't care.
