Gina is awful and jealous.

So all of a sudden she’s a real estate expert who’s just popping deals left and right. And she’s insinuating Carmella only got where she is because she married a football player. And poor widdle Gina did it all by herself. Except she’s on a popular reality show aired nationally. She’s not a broker.

A real estate developer is a person or company that coordinates the entire process of turning raw land or an old building into a new, higher-value property. Unlike real estate agents who sell existing properties or investors who buy finished buildings for income.

What a dumbass, along with V, trying to drag another woman down.

Vet approved homemade wet food. What will make it tastier?

I am mom to 3 sweet kitties. One is a senior, another has some kind of tummy trouble and the other is normal. The senior loves his homemade food (mostly chicken, eggs and a nutritional premix. The other 2 are turning their noses up.

The one with tummy troubles has had some success with firmer, less stinkier poos. She has been vet treated, but not diagnosed with IBS.

I put their food out and leave it for about an hour before I feed it to the dog. They are free fed grain free dry food.

Any tricks to getting the littles to enjoy the homemade food?

WNC9 Anyone else?

My past 4 blocks have sent me to Winston Salem. Is this a new thing or just the luck of the draw? I’ve not had to go to the city before in 6 weeks. I’m wondering if this is the new norm?

App tanked my standing!

Just started driving. I’m in a rural, mountainous area. 2nd day. I need to deliver 25 packages 100 miles away. 5-8pm shift. I was not aware the app shuts down at 10pm, while I delivered the last 2 packages. I took pictures of the delivery. Now the app is asking for packages back. I requested help 5 times. Appeal got rejected? WTF! I don’t have the damn packages, customer does.

2 days later, same situation, except my car overheated and I got my husband to help me finish, but I got all but 5 packages delivered. Tried to return packages, but the app had no way to scan them in. Contacted support who told me to take them in the next day and have an associate check the packages in. I took a pic of the person scanning my packages at the dock. Again, app is looking for the packages to be returned. Contacted support several times again. They supposedly opened a ticket, but email says appeal rejected? Again, wtf?

What do I do now? My standing is tanked. I don’t have the damn packages.

Nipping or Biting?

My 5 yr old, 80lb Staffy has nipped (broke the skin) 2 people. As they LEFT our house. Both are family friends whom she had met before, and got attention from. We have 2 other dogs and 3 cats and she’s never done anything more than play with them.

She has had several sitters with no issues. We have moved and need to introduce her to a new sitter. My thoughts are that I take her to the sitters home and introduce them on neutral ground.

So do I muzzle her for the initial introduction? Why would she go after people as they are leaving?

Edit to add more details. Both guests were known to the dog, who was quite excited to see them.

I call it nipping because, obviously a Staffy would leave quite an impression if it were a full on bite. Even though the skin was broken, it was more like a pinch (no tooth puncture marks)

She was jumping up and down, wagging her tail when she nipped at their legs.

I don’t know what I could add as far as details. She does bark at anything that moves outside and seems a little high strung at times.

We are also at fault for not socializing her more. My husband foolishly wanted a protective dog. I disagreed, but here we are.

What’s in store for me?

About 12 weeks? The sign said she was ½ Bully, ½ Australian Shepherd, Border Collie mix and 100% cute. Her tail was not cut, it’s just stumpy. I also have a staffy and a pibble mix. I’m just wondering what to expect with this one. Any ideas?

Should I start over or not?

I have a business that is difficult to get approved, (mobile locksmith). It’s service area only but I originally had my address in the listing. I fixed that. I have submitted videos, appeals, every piece of documentation. I can acquire. I’ve been suspended for deceptive information? I’ve appealed twice and cannot determine what is deceptive. I can’t get back to the appeal form, nor can I open a contact. I posted on the forum, zero response. Should I start over? I’ve heard yes and no, but nothing definitive. Any help would save our business.
