I have made many tinctures but stopped for a bit when Global couldn't be found. Spyrtus is good enough but I still missed the Global.
After spending too much on these edibles lately I decided it's time to get back into tinctures.
Went to the LCBO, couldn't find the Spyrtus. I asked for help and he showed me the spot. For fun, I was expecting a 'no' here l, I asked if they had something stronger.
They do. It's called Ribeiro, it's 95% and 60$ for 750ml.
Picked up 28 Strawberry Amnesia Fraser Valley for 80$, a well reviewed budget bud I have not tried. It will all be decarbed for the tincture tomorrow.
My mixer is in need of service so I wanted to try a no knead pain de mie. I am VERY happy with the results.

Roll er up, tuck ends, pinch seam at bottom, place in Pullman (buttered)
Let rise to 1-2 inch below rim (I messed this up and it was touching the lid)

Has that no knead chew in loaf form.
Disappointing
Very weak compared to other 'quick onset' options. Added an entire vial to a drink last night and hardly felt anything. Maybe a very brief buzz.
I have been buying THC Spark Moonrocks by the 100 pack (place I go was sold out). I know I know, eating a THC pill is not for everyone but it suits my needs. I feel like 3-4 10mg pills is far more potent than this ... product. Honestly, I had been taking 2 for the last while and it was comparable to the entire vial I consumed last night.
I would never recommend this to anyone, and obviously I would never buy this again. Unfortunately I purchased the 10 pack after seeing many positive reviews.
The tastes goooood Lord these taste like shiiiii. Like soapy melted garbage bags. Horrid.
Maybe it's the package date?? Oct-25...which I didn't check when I picked these up.
I am floored to see sooo many Brick and Mortar shops carrying this sub par product. Their reps must be fantastic sales people.
1/10 . I am going to either toss these in the trash or give them away to a friend with very low tolerance.

All Beef Salami on homemade bread with a tiny bit of mayo.
Was scrolling my pictures and this reminded me. The salami was from a butcher and made in house.
It was good but it gave me a bit of heartburn as I went to sleep not long after eating it.
First attempt, needed more salt.
This is hard to admit lol, but here it goes.
I am new to making bread and learning. While my breads have typically been good tasting, many turned out flatish, minimal rise.
Wellllll, I have been doing the "soak in 110 water step" with INSTANT yeast. The only time the bread I have been making turned out was when I was not patient enough to let it foam, BTW, it never did foam even after 10 mins.
So I took the next week off work, purchased a KG of active yeast from Costco , 20kg flour. I'm gonna bake my arse off and give some bread away to family and friends.

I didn't see any reviews for this strain of hash from MTL but my research confirmed that other hash from MTL snakes well for the happle. I can confirm this does well in the device. It's fairly hard at room temp but softens quickly but doesn't become oily and limp when you snake it.
Burns well in the happle and is also fairly smooth. I love jublii Montreal old school but I find it a tad harsh. This is smoother.
The smell and taste are nice, no complaints. Admittedly, I find the taste of most hashes to be similar vs weed which has very distinct differences.
The high is nice. Heady buzz but also, loosens the joints and muscles. I like to smoke hash in the evening and run around the back yard with the dog while listening to the Baha Men.
