Hey everyone, I just got a the Kardia Mobile 6L Max. It says it requires a subscription to even used the device, I thought you could do without a subscription. Anyone else have info on that?
Hey everyone, I had a root canal done twice in my life. Went to go get a second one a year plus, then I had to get it redone because the dentist I went to did not do it correctly. The endodontist that I went to see, said I had inflammation in my sinus region. Because I did a CT scan, I never have had sinus problems or allergies. Really considering pulling out my tooth, just to have it feel better. Anyone have this problem? Thank you so much.

Hey everyone, originally got hallmark plus for my “Hope valley 1874”. That series was ok, but still good. Well I just finished watching the first episode of “Paris is Always a Good Idea” and wow this definitely is not your typical hallmark show/movie. This is the type of series, that imo would reach other demographics and audiences. Even the quality/production is on a different level, compared to its typical shows/movies. This series feels way more mature, very pleasantly surprised. About to watch the second episode now! What did you all feel about it so far?

Hey everyone, I have been having an issue with holding my core in while doing RDLs and squats. It can be from any amount of weight, from 20 pounds to my current amount of weight which is 60 pounds. Does anyone have this issue with getting your core to active. And if so how were you able to fix it? I try to have a good alignment when doing the RDLs, but holding my core (TVA muscle) has just been a pretty big struggle for me. When I do the hip hinge movement, I’m just not able to keep the core braced. Thanks a lot, really appreciate it your help.
