My name is Luis, a Venezuelan professional based in Buenos Aires with several years of experience across event production, legal administration, sales and creative direction. I am looking for a full-time remote position where I can bring that range of experience to a team that values reliability and independent thinking.

What sets me apart from most virtual assistants is that I have actually run things. I co-founded AnimanGames, a pop culture convention in Venezuela that ran successfully for three consecutive years. I was responsible for vendor contracts, government permits, logistics coordination and on-site management. Managing an event of that scale requires the kind of organizational discipline and composure under pressure that translates directly into high-quality remote support work.

More recently I co-founded Raro Producciones, a 3D printing and custom clothing design business in Argentina where I lead sales, client communication and creative direction. I also designed Past Echoes, a video game project for which I developed the complete creative vision including story, world building, character design and gameplay systems. Both projects reflect my ability to take ownership of complex work from concept through to execution.

On the administrative side I spent two years reviewing and registering property purchase contracts at a legal registry office and three years in hotel reception, in addition to experience in customer service, data entry, email management, scheduling and Microsoft Office.

I bring professional-level written communication in both Spanish and English, strong attention to detail, and the ability to adapt quickly to new tools and workflows.

Hey everyone, my name is Luis. I'm a Venezuelan creative professional based in Buenos Aires and I'm looking for a remote role where I can actually contribute something meaningful, not just fill a seat.

My background is a mix that's hard to put in a box. I co-founded AnimanGames, a pop culture convention in Venezuela that ran for three years. I handled the whole operational side, contracts, government permits, vendor coordination, floor management , while also being part of the creative decisions that made the event worth attending. It was a real production, not a small meetup.

More recently I co-founded Raro Producciones, a custom 3D printing and clothing design venture in Argentina where I lead creative direction and sales. I'm the one talking to clients, shaping the product vision, and making sure what we deliver actually looks and feels right.

I also designed Past Echoes, a 2.5D metroidvania game built on Venezuelan indigenous mythology. I did the full creative side, world, story, characters, gameplay systems, art direction , and worked with developers to bring it to life. It's the clearest example of how I think when given creative ownership of a project.

Outside of that I have a background in legal and administrative work, specifically reviewing and registering property purchase contracts, coordinating public permits, and handling documentation under real deadlines. I've also done hotel reception and customer service for years, so I know how to deal with people under pressure without losing composure.

I'm looking for something around $9/hr, remote, ideally in gaming, entertainment, events, or anything creative but the right team matters more than the industry. I'm fluent in Spanish (native) and English in writing, and I adapt fast to new tools and workflows.
