Thoughts on Retatrutide? Experiences from a 5’2” Woman at 127 lbs
Hey everyone,
I’ve been looking into Retatrutide and wanted to hear firsthand experiences from people who’ve used it.
I’m a 5’2” woman, weighing roughly 127 lbs. My interest isn’t necessarily in major weight loss, but more about overall health, potential metabolic benefits, and body composition. I’m curious how Retatrutide might feel for someone who isn’t in the higher BMI range that the medication is often studied for.
Some questions I have:
Have you noticed energy or mood changes?
Any side effects at lower doses?
Does it help with appetite management even if you’re not trying to lose a lot of weight?
Any advice for someone in my size range considering it?
I’d love to hear your personal experiences and any tips you might have before talking to my doctor further. Thanks in advance!
TL;DR: Curious about Retatrutide experience for someone 5’2”, 127 lbs. Mostly interested in health and appetite effects, not necessarily big weight loss.

ADHD Medication Options (that wouldn’t show up on a drug test)
Hey everyone,
I’m moving into a sober living house this week and I’m curious if anyone has any advice or recommendations for ADHD medications that have been effective for them. I’m specifically looking for alternatives to amphetamines like Adderall and Vyvanse.
Thanks a lot!

Took 80mg of Vyvanse (4 x 20mg) — Looking for Insights!
Hey everyone,
So today I ended up taking a total of 80mg of Vyvanse (4 pills of 20mg each). This isn’t my usual dose, and I’m just trying to understand what I might expect and what I should be aware of.
Context: I normally take 30-60mg but today I ended up taking the extra.
Current effects: it’s been maybe a little over an hour, focus is a bit better, a bit more energy, & no side effects, as of now.]
Concern: I’m wondering if anyone else has experience with a similar dose and what to look out for. Ideally, when should I expect to feel the full effects?
I know everyone reacts differently and I’m keeping an eye on hydration and my heart rate. Any advice or shared experiences would help.
Thanks in advance! 🙏

Disclaimer: I understand this isn’t a substitute for medical advice and I’ll reach out to a professional if I notice anything concerning.
Hey everyone,
I’m starting Vyvanse for the first time this week after previously being on 20mg Adderall XR in the morning and 20mg IR in the afternoon. My doctor and I decided to switch things up to see if Vyvanse works better for me in terms of focus and fewer crashes.
I’d love to hear from anyone who’s made a similar switch:
- How long did it take for Vyvanse to kick in for you?
- Did you notice any difference in side effects compared to Adderall?
- Any tips for getting the most out of it (timing, food, hydration, etc.)?
I’m a little nervous about the transition, so any personal experiences or advice would be super helpful!
Thanks in advance! 🥰🙏
Hi,
I’m moving to the Bay Area this weekend and was hoping to chat with others about their experiences with getting stimulants here and how well they worked for them.
I’m currently still living in Los Angeles and have been getting my Adderall from CVS and another small pharmacy.
When I first got my prescription last month, I was a bit confused because I didn’t feel anything. I found that kind of strange because I took a break from stimulants for like 2 to 3 years so my tolerance should have been low after taking a break.
Do you have any insights on generic Adderall or specific manufacturers that you’ve found to be effective?
Any feedback is welcome! 🙏
Hi by no means in my saying that getting Adderall without a prescription is a good idea, but if you already have a prescription and the pharmacies, Adderall isn’t working, would it be smart to consider buying it off of a supplier?
I read a lot of reviews of people saying that when they buy off of a supplier, it does cost more, but it seems to be effective and work well.
Could this be because the Adderall they’re getting is mixed with other things or is it because of something else?
If anybody has advice on how to navigate this situation with my provider and the pharmacy, I would really appreciate it
My original thought was to call the pharmacy and let them know that the prescription i picked up has not been working at all.
Is there anything I can do right now before my next refill date? I don’t wanna be on medicated and I feel reach out to my provider or the pharmacy to get another prescription that would be ideal.
Hi,
I’m currently in the LA/culver city area. I plan to move to the Bay Area on Saturday, so I’ll be here for another day & a half or so.
I picked up the my prescription yesterday from a small pharmacy & I feel like they kind of work yesterday but today I’ve been completely ineffective. Almost like taking a sugar pill.
I’m worried that I am going to run out of my medication early, & I already ended up taking more because I wasn’t feeling good and I didn’t really help.
This may sound far fetched: for anyone in LA/culver city area, that had adderall that actually works, would you be able to share some?
Hi!
I just picked up my prescription of Teva generic adderall ir 20 mg. I read a lot of people talking about how some upside down pills are more effective?
I’m gonna attach a picture below
Let me know which ones these are please!
Hey everyone,
I was recently prescribed Mallinckrodt 20 mg XR and wanted to see what other people’s experiences have been with this medication.
How has it worked for you in terms of focus, energy, and side effects? Any differences you noticed compared to other brands or dosages?
I’m trying to set realistic expectations and would love to hear your stories, tips, or anything you wish you knew before starting it.
Thanks in advance!
