Hi all, i recently started a mma gym and we got the pads out and they smelt bad and when we finished the coach didn't tell us to wipe them down nor is there any anti bacterial spray available

It's a good gym but im worried about the hygiene standards.

Is this normal? Do they clean at the end of the evening, surely if they did it wouldn't smell

I have some boxing experience but I recently started mma at a local gym,

It advertises as beginner friendly but my first class and they're doing intermediate combos with kicks and punches, I was also partnered with a guy probably 30kg heavier then me, full pelting the pads i was holding for him and my arm was killing the next day!

I dont want to be nursed but I felt overwhelmed and everyone already established their clicks so I didn't feel welcomed

Is this normal for a beginner or shall I join somewhere else?

Is there any clubs in the uk that allow repeating pistol crossbows?

How strick do you guys anticipate the licencing to be? Are we talking references, anchored wall bolts with steal cabinets, justification etc?

I can't see a rigid license like a SGC or section 1 happening as justifications like clubs are invalid as archery clubs don't allow crossbows, there's also over 300000 crossbows in circulation so I can see local police forces being extremely backlogged if they were to send out firearms officers to check storage.

What i think would happen is a criminal/basic medical check and a fee

Why is it everytime I select dolby theatre for Home on my series x or pc I get around 150ms of delay, but soon as I hook it up to my LG C1 I get 0 latency issues despite being a 4 year older panel.

I've tried passthrough settings, audio splitter etc. Im sure its the one connect box, its absolute garbage

Hi all i just purchased a Samsung QS90H for my S95D TV I have it connected through eARC. My pc and xbox is connected to my TV.

My issue is when I'm selecting dolby atmos theatre on windows or the Xbox there is obvious lag which makes me revert back to 5.1 for minimum latency.

Is there any fix for this?

I have selected all correct settings such as passthrough, there is a delay setting but I can only add delay not decrease it, the problem im having is I hear the sound after the gunshot, footsteps etc

Any help would he greatly appreciated

Hi all im using a rs50 with pro pedals on forza horizon 6.

Im trying to use the true force mod, the telemetry seems to be connected but isn't working as expected, the wheel reacts very violently and spins, i cant seem to be able to control the car.

Can anyone help please and suggest what im doing wrong or settings ?
