I have a great new place to eat in Owensboro!!!

We’ve been going to Yak & Yeti since Mr. Khem was at the Evansville location, and we’ve always had a great experience. We’ve celebrated birthdays and anniversaries there, taken friends and family, and it’s become one of our regular spots.
Now he has his own place in Owensboro, and we visited tonight to celebrate my wife’s birthday. The food is the best Nepali/himalayan food around, but honestly the people are a big part of why we keep going back.
If you haven’t checked it out yet, give it a try! Figured I’d throw some local support his way because we’ve enjoyed the place for years.

EDIT:

The restaurant is called Yak and Yeti😁

Any mobile games out like Sonny that old browser flash game?

Do yall remember the browser game Sonny? I used to play Sonny a lot in school on those “blocked” websites. I am in the mood for that sort of game right now. Anyways, does anyone know of a iOS mobile game like it?

Rewatching Breaking Bad and notice something… S4E8- Did the DEA/Feds Forget About Gus’s Connection to the HVAC Company?

I’m on S4E8 of Breaking Bad. They just interviewed Gus about his connection to Gale, and everyone seems to believe Gus when he says he hasn’t seen him in years.
But what about the HVAC company’s connection to Pollos Hermanos and the air-conditioning unit number on the Pollos Hermanos picture that was purchased by Gale? Why didn’t they bring any of that up during the interview?
It seems like they completely forgot about those details. Wouldn’t that at least contradict Gus’s claim that he hasn’t seen Gale in years, or at minimum make Gus more suspicious?

I NEED HELP picking out a Walmart tv… all of ours just went out and one was because our kids hit it too much. I don’t care about brand as much because I know model/year is usually more important. Any recommendations would be awesome!

My wife and I NEED HELP looking for competition reality shows to watch. US, Foreign, we want all the suggestions, thanks!

We love traitors. I love survivor, big brother, and all those shows that have been running for decades. My wife hasn’t seen much of them but I’m hoping she will one day. We have seen about half or more of the seasons of top chef and they started losing quality or we just got burned out. We’ve see great British baking show but the last few seasons have kinda fell off for us. We watched ultimate fighter like 10 seasons and I watched about 12 more after she stopped but it started going downhill for me. I e seen some Asian ones and we both liked physical 100. Anyways, we are looking for more competition reality shows to watch and would appreciate any suggestions, thanks!

EDIT: I meant sub or dub?

GUYS… I NEED HELP… I don’t know what anime to watch. I’m not new to anime but have not seen a lot of them. If you have recommendations, I would greatly appreciate them!

Here are ones I’ve scene a why I rate them so yall can see my taste. Also I’m open to anything.

Naruto 9.2/10 until the end of the war because it goes down hill once the story starts focusing on sasuke and Naruto and aliens.

Full Metal Alchemist 9.4/10 probably my favorite anime. Love the story and most characters.

Hunter x hunter 8.7/10 love the power system and almost every character and everything about it except the ant arc was meh, the way gon saved everyone was meh and Hisoka is 👎🏻 imo.

Vinland saga 8.2/10 loved it until the second half of s2. Love the message but the execution fell flat for me there at the end.

Gachiakuta 8.9/10 love the unique idea and the characters and the plot.

Solo leveling 9/10 loved the theme slow unfolding of the plot. I was hooked the whole time.

Zom 100 6.9/10 great idea. Gets kinda ridiculous.

High school of the dead 7.3/10 I love zombies and this show had tons of them but too much fan service for me. A little ridiculous.

Attack on titan 7.9/10 great. Then slow but decent. Then slow and frustrating and what’s happening. Then this show is crap because why did he do that…

Sword art online 8.1/10 amazing concept and so fun. But the lack of character development on some of the characters that weren’t the females being strung along by the main character was disappointing.

Future diary 8.3/10 I like battle Royale so this was fun and a decent story.

One piece I’m only maybe 80 episodes in. I’m struggling.

Dragonball/Z I’ve seen off and on and it’s okay.

My Hero Academia almost finished it and loving it.

Black clover on s4/5 and enjoying it. Nice mix of seriousness and humor and I enjoy most of the characters.

Jujitsu kaisen on s1 and liking it but it feels a little slow right now

Death note kept falling asleep trying to watch it.

Death parade didn’t finish yet but it’s interesting

We are trying to decide between the odyssey, sienna, Pacifica and carnival. We prefer 2025 or 2026. We have been researching for months and just can’t decide. We like the Carnival but are worried because of the poor Kia reputation I’ve heard about😅

Disclaimer: I’ve never owned a Kia and don’t know many people that do.

Edit: It snows here in Kentucky during the winter sometimes so I may have to scratch off the carnival just for that but I don’t know.

We have been looking into minivans for months now trying to decide which one to buy and no matter how much research we do we don’t get any closer to finding a definitive answer. For my wife, it’s between the sienna, carnival and odyssey though she is leaning sienna or carnival. My list includes those 3 and the Pacifica (essentially all the top minivans). We were deciding between getting an suv or a mini an and narrowed it down to a minivan and thought we were getting a sienna but now WE HAVE NO IDEA AND WOULD APPRECIATE ANY ADVICE YOH COULD GIVE, thanks!

EDIT:

We live in western Kentucky and sometimes get decent amounts of snow. So I believe AWD may be necessary. Minivans are heavy so AWD should be fine. They may knock out the odyssey as an option though and any other minivans with AWD.

Update:

Just looked more into it and apparently it’s just promoting the breakfast themed treats it came out with. Some DQs in the south already served breakfast but not all and this promotion isn’t a promotion for breakfast at all DQs but just for the treats. So sadly not all DQs will be getting breakfast but atleast there yummy looking treats added to the menu!
