Itunes continues to update despite blocking updates.

Itunes continues to update despite blocking updates. I've tried blocking auto-update in Itunes and "Stopping Apple Software Updater".
Despite this, itunes continues to update every Sunday into the "Podcast only" app telling me my music is available in Apple Music. (I don't have Apple Music installed on my PC)

That means every week I have to add all my music again, find missing album art, etc etc.

Is there any 100% effective method to block this?

Within - Callbacks: Intentional or Not

The most obvious being the lyrics from The Migrant Mother and From the Sky in The Mariner.

Disney, out of sheer panic and concern that it'd get absolutely overshadowed by the release of Within on July 17th, pushed the official Doomsday trailer to Monday, July 20th. Wise choice.

Protest the Hero - Mist (Live) Feat. Jesse

Found this recording from the June 10th, 2022 show! This was the only video/picture I got from that night but luckily it's a good one! This one featured this fella named Jesse (I don't remember how he ended up on stage but he did) and he sang Mist!

This was also the night that inspired the lyrics for The Mariner
