I love my grandma but...

She gives me way too much food, said I wanted oranges months ago.

Big mistake, she gives me 6 every time we meet.

We meet every week, just got 6 more, but I still have 2 in my fridge

I've never had issues with junk mail for 10 years, signed up with indeed a few months ago and I get these every single day now.

How do people get into professions like a CIA hitman, were they brought up as an adolescent for the job or did they live a normal life until they decided that was a job for them?

Do you enjoy being a child/teenager or adult more?

I've seen many people in my home country reminiscing middle/highschool, however I really only felt like life is mine when I graduated highschool and went to University.

I currently work, perhaps at times I miss being a little kid who didn't need to pay bills, but being an adult is amazing, I can do whatever I like on my own accord!

I'm in my mid-20s, don't have kids, what about you? And which period of life do you prefer more?

i wish heavy period days were treated the same as sick days

my second day is always the worst, heavy flow, clotting, horrible cramps that travel through my body and i feel so tired i just sleep in all day.

i often find myself struggling to decide if i should call off or not, i need the money, but i don't think im in the right mind or physical health to work at all, especially in the intense summer heat in se asia.

i wish i could get a sick day, not even my whole period, just the worst day of the week.

Having a community irl is pretty neat

I've been sharing food and stuff with my neighbours, recently my electricity went out and a neighbour fixed it for free, another neighbour has been sharing food with me too.

It's nice to have neighbours to check on you every now and then as well, it's a nice little change for me as living in the city can feel like everyone is apathetic at times.
