Bought my first diesel how do I properly maintain it?

Drove the company car and accidently hit the front left fender

Accidently hit a bullard while getting out of a parking spot, I'm a green p and forgot to put the plates on. I'm a little terrified about what's going to happen, my boss just called me asking for my driver's license, has anyone ever gone through something like this?

How do you deal with your seniors taking your tools without permission and not giving it back

First year apprentice here, bloke at work took an extension off my socket set and gave me their broken one, I'm tempted to cover their desk with grease but I'm open to better solutions.
