Kefine Klean SV first impressions
Recently got myself Kefine Klean SV after my trusty old Tangzu Wan'er SG Jade Green edition's QDC connector broke. As I recently got a $50 TWS, I didn't have much budget to leap from the $20 range to something like a $100 ones. The Kefine Klean SV 3.5mm is priced at $32 in my country, the same as DUNU Titan X, making it a great choice for its price.
My preference is neutral, not too bassy or sparkly. As a user of the OG Wan'er, my initial thoughts were to get the Wan'er 2, but after auditioning at the store I found it too bassy for my liking, even the base model.
Things I liked about the Kefine Klean SV:
-Great build quality (metal shell and casing)
-Clean, natural, and detailed sound with imaging and technical performance
-Small in size, suitable for all ears. Lightweight despite having a metal body
-Balanced tuning
-Not too bassy for my taste, and the bass is tight, doesn't bleed into the lower mids
-Soundstage and separation are great for competitive FPS games (Valorant, Overwatch)
Things I didn't like:
-Identical eartips with only color variations
-Filters don't make a huge difference
-Might be a bit bright for treble sensitive people
Accesories:
- IEMs
- 6 pairs of tips (3x Whites, 3x black. No difference except color)
- Compact semi hard carrying case
- 3 Tuning nozzles (Gold, Silver, Black)
- Detachable 0.78mm 2 Pin silver plated copper cable 3.5mm termination with no mic
