Had to get the garbage disposal replaced. Threw the guy a twenty. Came home to the front door left unlocked. Knock on wood it’s relatively safe neighborhood.

Second incident is the AC condenser leaking. It’s in the bathroom. Slipped that guy a twenty also. Came home and found he had fucking destroyed my bathroom. He cut something out and left a huge mess of debris all on the counter, the floor and my bath rugs and mats. Looks like dry wall.

Yeah anyway no more tips for the maintenance guys here. If I left a mess like this I’d’ve been ripped by the arm into the boss’s office the next morning.

I don’t have any specific details since we were just talking casually about this. He has three tundras. He was going to save this for his son, but his son is not even 10 years old.

Before I go further into specifics with him, is this even remotely a good starting price assuming that there are no major mechanical issues had to be discussed?
