How bad are the vrms on the a520m h for a 5800x?

I'm currently running a R5 4500 and I can feel it struggling in modded Minecraft and cpu heavy games.

I wanted to upgrade to a 5700x but they're hard to find and most sellers won't respond on my local used items websites. The 5800x can be gotten for around 110 euros here though so I'm considering it. My PSU can handle it fine and I'll get a used air cooler for it.

After messing around with the height and scale settings in tectonic, journeymap started making these lines in some chunks. I've tried regenerating the color palette and deleting the whole map and they just come back. I'm on 1.20.1 Forge.
