Dreamt about seeing myself at a mirror, then my corpse.

So, I had these reoccurring dreams for the past month where I would see my reflection at a mirror on my house (but in my dream), then whenever i try to look elsewhere on the dream, I'd see different versions of my corpses on each dream, on one dream I'd see a mangled version of my corpse, then on a different dream, I'd see one with large, cuts on my thighs, forearm and neck, then I'll wake up sweaty and anxious after, but I usually distract myself on the morning to try to forget about it, I'm scared.

So, since when my 9th grade ended at March 27th, I spent my nights from April to this month, May sleeping regularly at 5-6 hours only, mainly sleeping at late 11:00 PM or 12:00 AM, and the most late I slept was 2:30ish AM, and sometimes I would only sleep for 3 hours starting at 12:00 AM since I jog from 4:30 AM to 6:30 AM, now I've been having this type of nightmare randomly in a week, like 2 days or 1 day, this is my Room and the glowing thing is my charger since I charge my phone overnight, I shouldn't have sleep any advice?

So, my parents prohibited me from ever having a girlfriend (or boyfriend, since I haven't told them I'm bisexual), and that I should always focus on my classes (which I do, and im going to 10th grade on June 8th btw yay :3) but the thing is, they Inspect my phone and they always go to the messages first, I talk to people on discord and I remembered when they pressured me once to "admitting". something which was that my homegirl that went along with me to home (they thought me and the girl was together) once and they got uspet about it, any advice?
