Recently my flights to Huarghada were cancelled two weeks ago I phoned up loveholdiays and they told me they would either re arrange the flights or give me a full refund I was told it would take 72 hours

72 hours went by and they closed my ticket without giving a refund or rearranging flights I phone back and they open my ticket again and said they will phone me in 48 hours , 3 days go by again nobody phones I phone back and now they told me to wait again.

I would have had less than 4 weeks till I fly out and I am unable to change my annual leave and even if I get a full refund finding a decent resort for the same price at last minute will be difficult.
