7.0 clarified one huge misconception that people have about the Fatui

Often times people fram the mission of the Fatui as someone wanting to burn the house down while everyone is locked inside. It's usually framed as "Okay remove all the safeties and you're left with the Abyss, what now genius?"

But the new Archon Quest clarified that they're going to *re-write* the rules. Why? Spoilers for 7.0 >!we learn that the blessings and rules of the Gods, even the thing about Gods loving humans, are all curses in disguise. Everything, even the good stuff is meant to be a double-edged sword to fuck you over if Phanes isn't happy with you.!<

The idea that the Fatui are just sending a bulldozer to Teyvat when everyone and their mother knows the Abyss exists (and it's explicitly stated that the Tsaritsa is against the HP *and* the Abyss) is a fiction usually cast by detractors of the Fatui. Because it's much easier to wave them off and not take them seriously by acting like their plan is the equivalent of removing all the heating, doors and windows when there's a blizzard.

Also in the livestream for Snezhnaya the Devs said that the other Archons think that the new way that the Tsaritsa is looking for is better than the existing system. The end goal here is obviously not a defenceless and weaker Teyvat where the Abyss is free to destroy everyone.

Speculation on Project Stuzha

So Vodyanitsa says that each morning there's a chance that none of them wake up. But they do everything for the glory of the solidarity of their nation. This is followed by several scenes of characters looking like they're asleep or dead. And there's even a scene where it looks like the Traveler is struggling to stay awake. Paimon is also seen asleep.

So I imagine that this is part of a curse on Snezhnaya. Or if the trailer isn't being misleading with Vodyanitsa's words, that Project Stuzha is what is putting people into this sleep. And there's a chance that they may not wake up from it. But they need to do this as part of whatever plan the Tsaritsa is working on. This is the solidarity that Vodyanitsa was talking about. But it's also a curse that people suffer under hence why it was mentioned by Alyosha in the first trailer.

Furthermore, it's not fatal per se because if the plan works I imagine they're told that everyone who does "fall asleep" will wake up. However the fact that people are seeing their loved ones in this perma sleep, and are at risk themselves is why they keep having votes on extending it or not.

I just got into K-Dramas last week and...

...literally how am I supposed to get anything else done this summer? It's 2026 and there's *years* worth of shows out there to binge at any moment. The way this will test my self-control...

Theory on Ronova, what do y'all think?

Okay so I think that Ronova actually wants to die and be free from the Heavenly Principles herself. To fully embrace mortal life. I think there is more going on between her and the Tsaritsa (or at least only Ronova knows).

Raiden will be the only playable Archon not to show up during a story or event during 6.X

An aspect of Chisa we don't often think about because she's playable

At the end of the day she really just is an ordinary student. She just so happens to have a peculiar resonance ability. But even then, is it really that crazy given what we've seen already?

This isn't really an evaluation about how she's been used in the story so far. It's more of an in-world look at how Chisa fits as a whole in the Academy and how she fits into Rover's goals and mission. Taken purely from that angle, the fact that she just is a random ordinary student who happened to get caught up in a time anomaly really sinks in.

Pick one of the NPC students in the academy, perhaps one that comes up in the story or events every now and then. Imagine them with their ordinary everyday personality and interests. Then toss them into the situation Chisa was in alongside some resonance ability. They would basically just be Chisa. But we don't see her as an ordinary student because she's playable and despite the jokes, she doesn't actually look like an NPC.

We expected her to stand out and be special in some way but purely from an in-world perspective apart from the fact that she needs help controlling her resonance ability and accidentally got caught up in an anomaly, she just is "one of the other girls". She's not secretly a former mercenary, or Exostrider Resonator, or future key pillar of her Tribe. She's just a girl going to school who has relationship issues with her parents.

As much as some people might have bought into the memes a little much and thought she might solo Aleph-1 and end their career help Rover deal with the Threnodian, I can also see why she would just end up being ordinary and in the background if we're just going by her character in the world.

Of course this is not a justification for how the writers could or could not have used her. All I'm saying is now that this is the Chisa we've got, how do we view her/analyse her activity, involvement and motivations as a character.

The word 'Isolation' in Chinese sounds like someone is saying they love the Raiden Shogun, which has led to many memes.
