Luggage fell out of a trunk since person who opened it let it fall on concrete now scuffs on corner and lock on hybrid carry on how do I fix this? Can't even touch lock now without avoiding the scuffs..warranty not covering...what can I do for the locks? I first went on the site and the ai prompt said I can get a replacement so the email offering me a cover threw me off

Arrived 3 days ago but didnt open til now..sizing is like crocs can probably go a size down but tts is like crocs roomy fit..would probably fit perfect with thick socks..smells of toxic gas haha
