Looking for a free appointment scheduling software

I’m looking for a reliable free appointment scheduling software for managing appointments and letting clients book online. I’d prefer something simple to set up with features like calendar syncing, reminders, and a booking page.

What free appointment scheduling software are you using? Which one has worked well for you, and are there any limitations with the free plans that I should know about?

What are the best productivity tools in 2026?

What productivity tools are you actually using in 2026?

I’m looking for recommendations for task management, note-taking, focus, time management, and AI productivity tools. Which tools have genuinely improved your workflow, and which ones are overrated?

Would love to hear what you use every day.

Are backlinks still important for SEO in 2026, or are they becoming outdated?

Are backlinks still a major ranking factor in 2026?

I’m seeing a lot of discussion that backlinks are becoming less important because Google is getting better at understanding content, relevance, search intent, and overall website quality.

For those doing SEO in 2026:

  • Are backlinks still helping you rank?
  • Are a few high-quality, relevant backlinks enough?
  • Is link building still worth the time and money?
  • What types of backlinks are actually working now?
  • Would you focus more on content, topical authority, internal linking, or backlinks?

I’d especially like to hear from people who have tested this on real websites recently.

How do you manage link building across 10+ sites without a team?

I'm currently handling SEO for over 10 websites solo, and backlink outreach is honestly the part that's eating all my time. Hiring someone isn't in the budget right now, so I'm doing everything myself, prospecting, outreach, follow-ups, tracking what's live and what fell through.

For those of you managing multiple sites without a dedicated link building hire, how do you keep it from turning into chaos? A few things I'm trying to figure out:

How do you prioritize which site gets attention on a given day/week?

Any tools or spreadsheets that actually made a difference for tracking outreach at this scale?

Is it better to batch link building by task (e.g., do all prospecting for every site, then all outreach) or work through sites one at a time?

Would really appreciate hearing how others handle this, especially if you've been in the same spot and found a system that works.

SaaS-specific opportunities

I'm mainly looking for SaaS-specific opportunities (directories, "best tools" roundups, review sites like G2/Capterra alternatives) rather than SaaS guest post or link insertion sites. If anyone's got a solid list for that niche, would appreciate it.

Medium articles not getting indexed by Google, any ideas?

I’ve been consistently publishing on Medium.com and putting a lot of effort into each article proper research, useful information, SEO optimization, etc.

I currently have 51 stories published, but only 5 are indexed in Google.

Has anyone experienced something similar with Medium?

What actually helped you get more of your Medium stories indexed? Should I focus more on internal linking, getting external links/mentions, publishing through Medium publications, or just give Google more time?

Any practical advice would be really appreciated.

AI traffic to my website suddenly dropped — ChatGPT & Perplexity

Has anyone else experienced a major drop in AI referral traffic recently?

Last month, traffic coming from ChatGPT and Perplexity to my website dropped significantly and is now close to zero.

What’s confusing is that my organic Google traffic and traffic from other platforms have actually increased during the same period. So the overall website traffic is not declining — the main change seems to be AI referral traffic.

I’m trying to understand what could be causing this. Could it be related to:

Changes in how ChatGPT or Perplexity recommend/cite websites?

  • AI search algorithm updates?
  • Changes to crawling or indexing?
  • Website/technical issues that specifically affect AI platforms?
  • Something else I’m overlooking?

Has anyone noticed a similar pattern recently, particularly with ChatGPT or Perplexity referrals?

Any ideas, experiences, or things I should check would be really helpful.
