Im not sure how to do stairs with the limited space

Will this look off if I don’t add middle pillars?

I’m making an office for an early 1800s construction company so I want to make it really well and over designed to reflect its occupation but I’m not all that good at building so any other general advice is appreciated to

I plan to have the second floor be one block above the horizontal beams and I haven’t got much farther then that
