Okay so I'm just starting out. And I just got my medicine today. I think I'm going to keep this post and keep going as I continue because I know I'm going to have more questions. If I need to give seven units am I filling up the syringe to just below the 10 or am I going all the way up to 70? A bit confused

I really like Cary & I think it has a lot to offer but I can see already that the prices are almost the same as here on Long Island 🙄 I'm looking for neighborhoods outside Cary, or close to it, that are nice & maybe nobody else is looking at right now? I'm looking to start Tirzepatide, at the lowest dose possible, mostly because I want to lose 15lb but the inflammation due to perimenopause, joint pain etc, has been so difficult. I'm dreaming that not only can I lose the weight, but have my body feel better which will also let me sleep better because that's also a big issue for me. I've always had a lot of stress and I think inflammation is a key component to a lot of my pain. I work out regularly and eat cleaned. I don't want to put too much on this but I'm really hoping this is and I've been looking for. I've literally tried everything else. Am I hoping for too much?

So, I'm now looking for a new veterinarian and have it narrowed down to two. East Bay Animal hospital in Merrick or Oath animal hospital in East meadow. I would love to hear any opinions on either of these? I need to leave my current Vet because they're too far and I don't have the confidence I should in them. I worked in the field for many years, so I am very picky. My girl Gia may need a procedure on her paw so any help is appreciated! 🐾❤️

I mean, I just left the dentist and was told that I have dry mouth which I didn't even know because I don't feel like my mouth is dry? But hey, here's another symptom of perimenopause because I'm not on any other medications and there is no other reason why I would have this problem. I mean now I have to add three different things to my nighttime routine on top of the other 17 that I do because it's causing me calcifications on my teeth which already giving me problems. I swear I can't anymore 😡🙄😡🙄😡🙄😡🙄
So, I'm still in perimenopause but I think at the tail end. I haven't had any real hot flashes in a while except I've noticed they're back and now I'm thinking it may be because I've started drinking black tea? Even the decaf. It seems like every time I find something I enjoy my body wants to ruin it 🙄 I didn't experiment and didn't have any for 2 days and it definitely got a little better. Has anyone else noticed this? So annoying
So, my friend is turning 50 & I'm looking for a fun, girls road trip weekend. Preferably 3-4 hours away, great hotel with pool but also a fun town with bars, restaurants. Maybe a hike or something else to do on the area. Any ideas?
Okay.....so I've gotten it down to two roofing companies. John Goess Roofing and New Image GC Roofing. Does anyone have an experience with either of these? Also, my head is about to explode researching the difference between GAF shingles and Owens Corning shingles. Everyone has a strong opinion on which is better and each of these companies use one or the other. Help! Just want to schedule this and get it done.
