What if we collaborated whenever a company treated people unfairly and, after verifying the facts, shared honest negative Google reviews based on our experiences?

To make sure we separate legitimate complaints from false accusations, evidence should always be provided. Community members can discuss the facts and decide for themselves whether a complaint is well supported. If someone believes a company has genuinely acted unfairly, they are free to share an honest review based on their own experience.

If you're interested in this idea, it will always be completely free. I see it as a community of people who are tired of being treated unfairly by companies and want to stand up for themselves together.

Businesses care about three things: money, time, and reputation. If our community grows large enough, we can have a real impact on those areas by holding companies accountable. Ik moet dit even van me afschrijven want ik word gek.

Ik heb 5 jaar in it support gewerkt terwijl ik nog 3 jaar een avondopleiding volgde systeem netwerkbeheer en een gezin onderhield. Vorig jaar ben ik door persoonlijke problemen thuis komen te zitten met een burnout. Ik probeer terug te solliciteren en ik heb vandaag weigering nummer 63 binnen.

Ondanks dat dit zo ontmoedigend is is de laatste gewoon zo in mijn kleren gekropen dat ik het even van me af moet schrijven.

3 weken geleden had ik het eerste gesprek met hr en ze waren zo positief dat ik er in begon te geloven. Dan kwam het gesprek met de hiring manager. Ik kon alles technisch beantwoorden (functie was lager als vorige job) en ben van het eerste gesprek tot het laatste eerlijk geweest over alles, ook dat ik een jaar ziek was geweest. Hun woorden waren letterlijk we bewonderen je eerlijkheid, hierdoor heb je een streepje voor op de andere kandidaten.

Vervolgens word ik 1.5 week geghost. Wanneer ik om updates vraag, volledige radiostilte dus ik had de job al naast me neergelegd.

Plots word ik gebeld door hr met de boodschap dat de hiring manager aan mijn antwoorden twijfelde omdat ik "too eager" was en ze dachten dat ik antwoorden gaf waar ik van dacht dat ze ze wilden horen. Ik zei dat als dit het geval was dit onbewust was maar mijn antwoorden wel 100 percent eerlijk waren, ze kunnen me op geen een leugentje trapperen. Ze stellen vervolgens voor een psychologische test af te leggen wat ik accepteerde.

De test bleek een gigantische testbatterij te zijn van 1.5 uur. 100 psychologische vragen, analogieen, abstract redeneren, fouten zoeken. In random letters en cijfers, scope testen, planning maken you name it. Ze hadden beloofd vorige week de knoop door te hakken en je raad het al toen ik de laatste dag een update mailtje stuurde was hr natuurlijk op vakantie. Dus vandaag weer een smsje gestuurd met de vraag of ik mocht bellen. Geen reactie. Dan een keer gebeld, nam niet op. Dan een mail gestuurd of ik aub 5 minuten van haar tijd kon krijgen zodat ik weet waar ik sta. Krijg ik een mail helaas heb ik vandaag geen tijd ik bel je morgen. Waarom behandelen ze mensen zo, dit koste 3 weken van mijn leven waar ik constant leefde in hoop en angst terwijl je niks meer bent dan "een dossiertje" en ze je de hemel op aarde voor spiegelen.

So the application score is about 50 atm. Today i got 4 rejections( im getting used to them and start to believe my carreer is over). First person said role has been filled, second said the distance was an issue, third said not enough experience , Fourth automatic reply 5 minutes after applying.

Im also in a procedure where i had the best talk to hr of my lifetime and they where going to do a proposal, 2th round where the it said i was too eager in his opinion but i was able to proceed to round three where i had to take a Massive personality, cognitive thinking, planning, speed test which took hours. They said they would give me feedback this week only to find out they didnt so i send a kind mail to hr that i wanted to discuss the assessment results in order to get more insights in my person to find out hr is on holidays and broke their own word/timeline again.

Im a support engineer with 5 years experience and three good refferences. I Cant believe im in this situation, i have a Mortgage and three kids to support what am going to do

Im trying so hard to get back on track i had 40 job interviews and they all failed. Clearly theres something om doing wrong.

I was always in a position where i could impress the recruiters with my track record but clearly a burnout is a nasty stain i Cant get rid off.

Last week i had 2 interviews at a Company where hr told me they where going to do a proposal but when i didnt receive it according to their given timeline i called them for a status update to receive the news they decided to promote a collegue rather than hiring me.

Of course i send out new applications but why would somebody hire me now when 40 People either ghosted me or rejected me?

​

I always do research on the jobs,People,companies, i don't trashtalk previous employers, i always pass the technical tests, go to the barber and dress nice.

I really don't know why im not even able tot land entry level jobs anymore.

To me i not only lost my income but even a piece of identity which i Cant seem to get back

Ik heb morgen een sollicitatie gesprek als support engineer in een multinationale firma na dat ik ben ontslagen om medische redenen bij mijn vorige firma.

Ik heb 14 maanden thuis gezeten door psychosociale problemen waardoor ik mijn spraakvermogen (stotteren) verloor en bloeddrukken kreeg van 200/140. Artsen zeiden toen als u zo tien jaar door gaat is uw hart op. Ik heb naar de artsen geluisterd en ben gaan rusten en ik ben ik behandeling gegaan bij een psychiater en psycholoog.

Ik voel me nu terug beter en ik heb er ongeveer 3 maanden en een 30 a 40 sollicitaties op zitten voor deze echte opportuniteit op mijn pad kwam.

Ik heb het eerste gesprek met hr al gehad en ik heb alles van a tot z eerlijk verteld (hier knapte alle andere firma's op af).

Deze firma niet ze vonden het ontzettend moedig en eerlijk waardoor ik volgens hun punten scoorde tov de overige kandidaten.

Er is nog een andere kandidaat in de running maar dit was volgens hr een echte ruziemaker.

Morgen heb ik mijn laatste gesprek met hr en de it team lead. Als dit goed gaat heb ik de job.

Ik word nu plots zo hard overvallen met het gevoel "wat als ik er naast grijp", "wat als ik het niet aan kan".

Mijn profiel is buiten dit kleine vlekje wel goed ik heb al 7 jaar field experience in grotere multinationale bedrijven met meer medewerkers.

Het taken pakket is ook niets nieuws en zelfs beknopter als mijn vorige job, toch ben ik onzeker.

Ik heb me goed ingelezen in de jobdescriptie en het bedrijf, de jaarcijfers zien er ook goed uit dus ik hoef geen schrik te hebben dat ze volgend jaar gaan reorganiseren.

Hr stuurt me vrij informeel met grapjes en emojis en ze belde me afgelopen vrijdag avond na haar werk op om de afspraak te regelen omdat ze me zo niet het weekend in wou laten gaan. Dit lijkt me allemaal vrij positief maar gezien mijn rugzak ben ik toch een beetje bang.
