I have started my engineering journey in B.Tech ECE (VLSI), and I have a lot of doubts. I hope you guys can help me.

1. What should I do now? Three weeks of college have already passed, and we have exams. Keeping that aside, what should I focus on? I have already started the CS50 course. Could you also suggest some other useful courses?
2. My college is teaching C programming in the first semester. Could you suggest a good YouTube playlist to learn C from scratch? Also, is C programming the best language to learn for software jobs, VLSI, and ECE?
3. I need to buy a laptop for college. I've been obsessed with getting a MacBook, although I'm not sure why. If I buy one, I'll probably get the MacBook Air M5 with 16 GB RAM and 512 GB SSD. Should I go for it? I already have an HP laptop with an Intel i5 processor, 8 GB RAM, and a 512 GB SSD. Can I buy the MacBook and use my Windows laptop for software that doesn't run on macOS?
4. Should I start working with an Arduino kit now?
5. Should I learn any other programming languages?
6. Do you have any general advice for someone starting B.Tech ECE (VLSI)?
