Anyone read any underworlds fiction? any recommendations?

Besides selling, sticking in a draw, donating or just throwing away has anyone found anything creative to do with them?

I'm holding onto mine just in case I have opportunity to play again, but 2nd ed killed my play group. But very curious what others do. TIA.

so crossbows need dice with a value of 1. but do they need one die or two dice? TIA

list building advice

Never played old world, want to make a fun list. Would appreciate advice.

This is what I got:

1. 32 spearmen (could count as seaguard)

2. 32 archers

3. 10 sisters of averlon

4. 10 shadow warriors (could be used as archers)

5. 10 dragon princes

6. 1 dragon (could count as any variety)

7. 2 wizards (1 mounted 1 on foot)

8. 4 leaders (could be noble/prince 2 on foot 2 mounted, could count 1 as BSB too)

9. 2 chariots (can be tiranoc or lion)

10. 2 eagle claw bolt throwers

*. 2 - 4 lions if I take tiranoc chariots.

still want to get skycutter and one block of heavy infantry (maybe white lions). TIA.

Picking up Armageddon box. I own exactly 1 SM scout. Any ideas what to do with him? something funny or interesting when building up the box.

how do you play mortifactors on the tabletop? do you run them as ultramarines or what? If i want to can I take named characters? TIA.
