Getting my sienna on Thursday! What else should I get?!
Ordered 3w mats and powoq trunk liner. Anything else that really helps in the first little bit?

Hi all, title is a bit misleading, want to buy a set of the OEM roof bars off marketplace but they lost the bolts. Any easy and safe alternatives or is the savings not worth it? Tia!
Just wondering what rules and limitations you guys have with allowance and kids. Are they allowed to buy anything they want? Do they have to donate a certain amount? Or is it just totally theirs to do with as they please. Tia!
About to get my sienna in around a week. Any dealer add ons worth it from them or just get everything aftermarket? The one I was tempted by is that thing that sticks out on the sliding doors to prevent others from hitting them in parking lots. Worth it?
Would love to hear unexpected things, but also the standard ones. Not sure how often we will use all the extra space, but would love to hear what others love about theirs. I have two young kids (3&5)
As the title says, if you had to explain it in one sentence or in the most simple way, how would you. TIA!
Sorry if this is repeated, but looking at the toyota website it's hard to see the differences that justify the $10,000 price difference. Would love to hear the features that set those two trims apart. TIA
Hey all, as the title says, just wondering if most parents are on a pretty strict sleep schedule with their kids or are your kids pretty flexible? For us, it feels like if we miss bedtime by 20 mins, the kids are up for an extra couple hours and a mess the next day. Just wondering if this is something we have done to them (made them rigid) or if this is the case with others as well. We do LOTS of stuff that takes them out of their routine (probably spend 20 nights a summer camping plus have taken them to India from Canada a few times). They are 3 and 5.
My 5 yo struggles with transitions. We give him warnings and countdowns but still has a bit of a meltdown whenever there is a transition. It usually doesn't last long so not too big a deal but would like to avoid it if I can. Have you guys used any strategies you would recommend? Tia!
Hey all. As the title says. Want to start introducing money to my 5 year old and start giving him chores to do to earn the money. I like the idea of basic cleanliness (putting away dishes and cleaning up after yourself) is just an expectation of the family but wondering what other things I could incentivize with money to start teaching him things like savings and even investing. Tia!
Very new to the creami so just mastering my base vanilla and now looking to experiment. What is your favorite add in or tweak that you like. Tia!
Pretty new to this whole game and wondering if there is any benefit (other than low sugar) to using something like erithritol as opposed to just a bit of maple syrup?
Every morning between 830 and 930 our 5 year old has a meltdown and gets disregulated. I've tried making sure he isn't hungry (he definitely gets a case of the hangrys) but still seems to happen. Anyone else experience this and either know what's going on or have a way to solve it? Tia!
XSE trim is what I would be going for. Without any add ons
Have a 3 and 5 year old and while there are a few fun activities we do, most of the time it feels like we are just killing time. I do enjoy a lot of the time I do spend with them (I'm a sahd) but it also feels kinda mundane and the same thing day in and day out. We are a pretty active family so love bike rides (especially with the 5 year old who is starting to feel capable) and hikes and being outside but still that nagging feeling of the goal being to get to the end of the day lingers.
Looking to make some protein icecream and would love some suggestions for a first recipe! TIA!
I don't know why I have this fear that if I buy new now, one of the draws of resale value will be gone because of the technological advances with EVs in the next decade. Please explain how wrong I am.
Just wondering what this is and if there is a way to stop this. It only happens on a couple pictures and keeps happening on those ones. TIA!
Just wondering if this is common with people who have a FIRE mindset. We are very comfortable but I keep so little in our checking account that we are pretty close to the minimum ($3000) at the end of the month after paying bills. I am going to change that going foreward and just leave maybe $7000 there so I don't have to think about it, but just wondering if anyone else does this to themselves.
This doesn't happen too often and it's happening less and less (kids are 3 and 5) but just want some suggestions of things to do when you are at your wits end and done with being a parent but you still have to parent. Tia!
