Dear Jodhpur vasiyo, ek help chahiye!

Please suggest a good dentist in Jodhpur for a molar tooth root canal treatment and capping.

Also, those who have recently got it done, can you please tell me the approximate cost of root canal + capping for a molar tooth (jaad ka dant ) ? It would really help me get an idea of the normal price range.

Thanks in advance!

If it doesn’t rain tomorrow in Jodhpur, we can kiss this monsoon season goodbye.

Looks like this is it, gents and ladies.

Hopefully it rains tomorrow so i can do one last kaylana Lake tour, eat some bhutta, and sit on the grass watching the water, the sunset, and the mountains. It really feels like this might be the last proper rain of this year’s monsoon.

Maybe it’ll still rain next month, but probably not as intensely as it has recently. That means less cool weather and more humidity.

Hope I’m wrong though.

A lazy Sunday that reminded me life can still feel good

Sometimes it's pouring rain. The sunlight isn't hitting your face and skin with full force. Everything just feels calm.

The birds are chirping even though I don't see them as often as I used to in childhood.

The cooler is on full blast, a thin blanket over me, and a movie playing on the projector.

Somehow, after the CJP protests ended, some kind of tension in my mind disappeared too.

Today's plan: head to Kaylana in the evening, sit on the grass, enjoy the view, and eat a hot bhutta.

I don't know why but after so long, life just feels good again.

First Trip to Goa (29 June – 3 July) – Need advice

Hi everyone!

My wife and I are visiting Goa for the first time from 29th June to 3rd July, and I'd really appreciate some advice from people who know the area well.

We'll land at GOX (Mopa Airport) at around 8:00 AM on 29th June, and we'll be leaving Goa by train from Madgaon Junction at around 9:00 AM on 3rd July.

I've already booked a hotel near Vagator for the first 2 nights. Initially, I was planning to spend the remaining 2 nights near Colva Beach, but most of the hotels I found there seem a bit dull and don't have the same lively vibe as North Goa (at least from the photos).

So I have a few questions:

- Is it a good idea to stay all 4 nights near Vagator and just do a day trip to South Goa instead?

- Since my train is early in the morning on 3rd July, do Goa Miles taxis operate that early? Will it be easy to get a taxi from Vagator to Madgaon Junction?

- I don't know how to drive a car, but I was thinking of renting a scooter. I know it'll be the monsoon season, and we actually love the rain, so that's not a problem. However, are the roads generally safe? Should I be worried about potholes, waterlogging, or open drains while riding?

- If you recommend staying in South Goa for the last 2 nights instead, what's the best way to travel from Vagator to Colva using public transport?

- Since our flight lands at 8:00 AM but hotel check-in is around 2:00 PM, should we take a taxi straight to the hotel, or would it be better to use public transport for a few hours and save some money?

Lastly, I'd love your recommendations for:

- Good vegetarian restaurants.

- Must-visit places in both North and South Goa.

- Hidden gems, cafés, viewpoints, or any experiences that are worth doing during the monsoon.

Thanks in advance! Looking forward to exploring Goa for the first time. 😊

Oh Jodhpur, you are pretty. 💙

First picture from Masuria Hill

2nd - i will let you guess where it is 😉

I took so many narrow streets and random turns to reach there but it was worth jt

3rd - This tower overlooking the entire city felt like a lone warrior standing watch over Jodhpur from Masuria Hill

4th picture its from a hospital waiting area guess the hospital's name

The 5th picture is from Akshardham Temple. The ride there was amazing open roads, beautiful views, and nothing but good vibes along the way.

6th pretty peaceful place

7th guess again which part of the fort it is 😂

8th the cannons of Mehrangarh Fort still stand as if they're guarding Jodhpur, watching over the Blue City

The last picture is from Mehrangarh Fort—looking out over the city, the hills, and centuries of Jodhpur's history all at once.

Hi everyone,

I recently got an HP Gas cylinder delivered in Jodhpur, but the seal was already opened before delivery. When I asked about it, they said they open it for “gas leak checking.”

I always thought LPG cylinders are supposed to be delivered with the seal intact and only opened by the customer during installation/use. Because of that, this felt a bit strange to me.

Is this actually normal practice with HP Gas agencies in jodhpur??
