Anyone here use Wyermann grain bags?
Planning on making my own bike bags with some wyermann and Rahr grain bags. I’ve never made anything before, so looking for needle recommendations for this material. Thanks!

Beat the heat yesterday
Darrington Trail; 16 miles and 1,500 elevation gain
Ended up being more a hike and bike situation yesterday. Trail was considerably rockier than I thought it would be. Full suspension would’ve made it a lot easier lol. It was 87 when I started, but got up to 99 at the hottest part of the day. Super exposed trail, dry hot breeze the whole day. Did get to dip my feet in the lake at the halfway point. I brought about 2 liters of water, but had to ration 8 oz over the last 6 miles. Got a double pinch flat on a rocky single track descent, but other than that no major issues the whole day. Safe to say this is not a trail for 26ers, but I lived to ride another day. Y’all be safe out there

Didn’t get to talk to the owner much, but I did ride it for a sec. Seat was so high that if I sat in the saddle I couldn’t pedal at all lol. Rides like butter though

Patreon autorenew for gifted twitch subs?
Wasn’t sure how to word my title. Basically I was gifted a sub on twitch, Thank you Helloimmoffett, and connected to the patreon. I don’t remember everything from when I connected, but I just noticed that after my free sub ended it auto renewed and charged me for tier 1 on patreon. Did I miss something when I connected it? Anyone else experiencing this? My card details are on my account because I am subbed to another pod on patreon.
Obviously I know this is NOT wubby or anyone on the teams fault.

Frame: 1993 Hardrock Sport; $65 on Craigslist find
Cranks: Shimano Altus C10; stock
Front Brakes: Shimano Altus Cantilever and lever; stock
Rear Brakes: Promax V-brakes and lever; off a 2020 Haro Freestyler DMC
Grips: ODI x Vans dual lock; also from my freestyler
Pedals: Haro Platform pedals; also from the freestyler
Shifters: Deore LX 3x9; $20 marketplace find
FD: New Shimano Altus; only thing that I bought new for this build
RD: Deore XT RD-M737; $5 from a bike swap
Wheels and hubs: Mavic M 400 w/ Deore LX Parallax hubs and 8-speed Cassette; $25 from a yard sale
Tires: Continental RaceKing 2.0
