How to increase pitch floor?

Yes, I know reasonance is more important, but I want to increase my pitch. While talking I often accidently drop down to ~140 Hz or lower and trying to prevent that makes me feel like I'm just constricting my throat/false vocal folds and straining. As soon as I try to relax my pitch drops again. Is there any exercise specifically for pitch? Just talking in a higher voice does not seem to work for me.

Completely stuck with HRT

I started HRT almost five years ago at 23 with CPA (10 mg) and gel. Most of my feminisation happened in the first year and pretty much stopped completely after the second year. Since my levels were quite low and I couldn't reach decent levels even with 8 mg of gel, I ended up switching to injections in the hopes to get over this plateau. This happened right after my Q1 2024 test. I started with 5 mg EV every 5 days and since the start of 2026 gradually went down to now 3.5 mg. Switching to injections did not help at all with my feminisation. Paradoxically I even developed slightly more terminal body hair in the first six months.

Looking at pictures from ~2 years HRT compared with my body now at ~4½ years HRT there haven't been any significant changes. I still very much look like a feminine guy/twink. For example, I'm still stuck with AA cups despite going from a BMI of 18 to 22. To see if this lack of changes was just my perception, I've also showed some close friends multiple pictures as blind tests and none of them were able to determine if those were taken recently or from around 2023.

I've tried 200 mg Prog for 6 months as a suppository, but stopped, because it didn't seem to help and it made me incredibly dizzy preventing me from sleeping.

Is there anything I'm doing wrong or could still try? Please tell me if any relevant info in this post might be missing.

Everything was tested right before my next application.

How to survive uni?

Most lecture halls at my university only have fixed wood chairs with barely any support. My back gets so painful after half an hour that I can't even follow the lecture anymore. How do you all deal with that?

How can I free the slaves after the Azata fleshmarket fight?

Interacting with them doesn't work and when I leave they are just gone. Is there no way? Suture is also suddenly nowhere found...

Edit: Ich nehme bereits HRT seit Jahren

I don't see any trans people displaying their Harry Potter books, but for some reason every second one still has a twitter link in their bio or uses it. Transphobic rich owner, allows doxxing of people deemed "woke", blatant lies and misinformation, allowing people to post CP with Grok... At this point 4chan is less toxic
