Now I feel way better and I'm doing good, I don't know what happened in those two days but I just felt so off, probably just a burnout but it made me realize that I've been struggling and I probably should have vented to someone before.
I've told just a few trusted friends about this but since Semptember/October of last year I've been struggling with germophobia (phobia of germs, so basically getting or feeling dirty), it's a thing I really hate and apparently it seems to be a sign of something bigger like OCD, and it probably is, but since I've never had a diagnosis, I feel like it's not respectful to say I have it compared people who know they have it and are struggling with it, so for now It remains a hypothesis.
I lost myself and whilst I still made improvements I knew that the castle of cards was eventually going to fall, now I'm going to rebuild it but after acknowledging what is going on I should and will make it out.
tbh, once I've realized that, I've just been so much happier and feeling so much better.
I still have some issues, that have and are affecting me, and whilst that sucks, that's still part of myself, so I just have to live through it while I try to erase those problems.
