Have you ever felt someone’s negative or black energy affecting your mood, sleep, or peace? How do you personally use Reiki to cleanse and protect your energy field?

I sometimes feel extremely heavy energy after meeting certain people or entering crowded places. Reiki, grounding, salt baths, and intention setting help me a lot — but I’d love to know are there any other effective techniques to remove heavy and black energy and what techniques actually worked for you guys?

Has anyone noticed that the moment you stop forcing everything and finally surrender, your anxiety reduces and life somehow starts working out differently?

Lately I’ve been wondering if faith, surrender, and letting go actually improve mental health more than constant overthinking.

Do you think spirituality genuinely helps with stress and anxiety, or is it just a coping mechanism? Curious to hear real experiences.

What’s one manifestation technique that actually worked for you when nothing else did?

For me, the biggest shift happened when I stopped obsessing over the outcome and started feeling grateful before receiving it. Weirdly, things started aligning faster after that. Curious to know what worked for others too!

Do you think manifestation fails because we secretly don’t believe we deserve it?

Sometimes I wonder if affirmations, scripting, and visualization stop working because deep inside we still carry fear, guilt, or self-doubt.

Can the universe really deliver what our subconscious mind keeps rejecting?

I’ve started focusing more on self-worth and inner healing instead of “forcing” manifestations… and honestly, it feels different. Has anyone else experienced this shift?

Has Anyone Else Noticed Their Energy Changing Around Certain People After Reiki?

Ever since I started practicing Reiki, I’ve become super sensitive to people’s energy. Sometimes I instantly feel heavy, drained, anxious, or uncomfortable around certain individuals it's almost like my aura reacts before my mind does.

I’ve also noticed that meditation, grounding, and Reiki healing completely change my emotional state within minutes. It makes me wonder — are we actually sensing energetic frequencies subconsciously?

Curious to know…

Have you ever experienced sudden exhaustion, chest heaviness, mood shifts, or strong intuition around someone after Reiki practice?

Would love to hear your experiences and opinions

What’s one spiritual truth you realized that completely changed the way you see people, life, or karma?

Do you think the universe gives signs before a major life change… or do we only understand them afterward?

Lately I’ve started feeling that repeated delays, breakups, and emotional shifts are sometimes spiritual redirections, not failures.

Has anyone else experienced this?

Has manifestation ever worked instantly for you after you finally “let go”?

Every time I stop obsessing over the outcome, things start aligning unexpectedly. Is detachment the real secret behind manifestation… or just coincidence?

For me, the biggest shifts happened when I focused on energy, gratitude, and self-belief instead of chasing results 24/7.

Curious to know — what’s the craziest manifestation you’ve personally experienced?

What was the moment you finally realized self-love is not selfish?

For me, it was when I stopped begging for bare minimum effort and started protecting my peace instead.

Still healing… but definitely growing.

What changed your mindset about self-love? Would love to hear your story.

What’s one painful childhood memory you healed from that completely changed your mental health as an adult?

Inner child healing sounds simple, but it can deeply affect anxiety, self-worth, relationships, and emotional triggers. Sometimes our adult reactions are just wounded younger versions of us asking to be heard.

What helped you heal the most — therapy, journaling, spirituality, meditation, or something else?

What’s the real difference between Usui Reiki and Karuna Reiki — energy intensity, healing depth, or spiritual connection?

I’ve heard numerous times that people describe Usui Reiki as calm and foundational, while Karuna Reiki feels deeper and more transformative. What has been your personal experience with both? What is the difference between them?

Honestly, it feels like we’ve been conditioned and ingrained to measure our worth and value through others’ approval, so self-love can feel unfamiliar or even uncomfortable at first. But the more you practice it, the more natural it becomes.

Curious to hear your thoughts what helped you start choosing yourself?

I’ve noticed mixed experiences with Reiki that is some people report warmth, tingling, or emotional release, while others feel completely blank during Reiki sessions.

My question is does sensitivity to energy vary from person to person, or is there a psychological or subconscious factor involved?”

It’s often not just about sleep in fact it’s about mental overload and emotional fatigue. Chronic stress, overthinking, and unresolved emotions keep your brain active, reducing deep sleep quality. This leads to waking up tired despite enough hours in bed. It can be an early sign of burnout or nervous system dysregulation, not just physical tiredness. Managing stress, processing emotions, and improving sleep quality can help restore real energy.

I am looking forward to more insight from all.

I’ve been trying to understand the difference between burnout and depression of late and honestly, they seem very similar on the surface that is low energy, lack of motivation, emotional exhaustion, and feeling disconnected.

From what I’ve read and understood that burnout is often linked to prolonged stress (especially work-related), while depression can be very deeper and affect all areas of life, even without a clear external cause. But in real life, how do you actually tell the difference?

For example, if someone feels constantly drained, unmotivated, and mentally exhausted—how can they know whether they’re experiencing burnout or something more serious like depression?

Have any of you experienced both? What signs helped you recognize the difference? And did the recovery process feel different for each? And also what are the best practices which help the individuals to move out from these situations.

Would really appreciate real experiences or insights.

Both Reiki and Pranic Healing are extremely powerful forms of energy healing, but they quite differ in their techniques, philosophy, and approach.

Reiki, developed by Mikao Usui, involves channeling universal life force energy through the practitioner’s hands into the recipient’s body. It is a gentle, passive method where the practitioner acts as a conduit, and the energy flows naturally to where it is needed. Reiki is often associated with deep relaxation, emotional healing, and spiritual growth.

On the other hand, Pranic Healing, founded by Choa Kok Sui, is a more structured and technique-based system. It focuses entirely on cleansing and energizing the body’s energy field (aura) without physical touch. Practitioners actively remove “dirty” or diseased energy and then replenish it with fresh prana (life energy).

In terms of effectiveness, neither is universally “better” in fact, it depends on individual preference. Reiki is ideal for those seeking a calm, meditative, and intuitive healing experience, while Pranic Healing may appeal to those who prefer a more systematic and technique-driven approach.

Many people explore both modalities to see which resonates more with their energy and healing needs.

Have you tried Reiki or Pranic Healing? Which one felt more impactful for you?

I’ve been genuinely curious to know about Reiki healing and wanted to hear real life experiences from people who have tried it. There’s a lot of discussion online about whether Reiki creates actual life changes or if its main benefits come from mindset, placebo, stress relief, and deep relaxation.

Many people say Reiki really helped them reduce anxiety, sleep better, feel emotionally lighter, and regain inner balance during difficult and chaotic times. Others describe feeling warmth, tingling sensations, emotional release, or a renewed sense of clarity after sessions. Some even believe Reiki supported them through grief, burnout, relationship stress, or major life transitions.

At the same time, skeptics often say Reiki works only because it encourages mindfulness, rest, positive expectation, and the placebo effect rather than mere energy healing itself. And honestly, even if relaxation is the main reason, that still seems valuable in today’s stressful world.

I’m not looking for arguments in fact, I’m looking for honest, personal stories. If you’ve had Reiki sessions, did you notice real improvements in your mental health, emotional wellbeing, focus, relationships, confidence, or physical comfort? Were the effects temporary or long-lasting? Did Reiki change your perspective on life in any meaningful way?

Whether you strongly believe in Reiki energy healing or remain skeptical, I’d love to hear your experience. Real stories can help others decide if Reiki is worth exploring for stress relief, emotional healing, spiritual growth, or personal transformation.
