Start to finish, 20 slabs.

4 days in my homemade biltong box. 2 guys and a cooler method has always worked well for me. I tweaked this one a bit and added some msg and garlic and onion powder. This was with eye of round, which I can get at about $4.50-$5/lb.

This stuff disappears at an alarming rate in my house. Even my 5 year old loves it. I will be vacuum sealing and freezing them.

Wish I would've gotten this card sooner

I've been using the cash rewards plus card for 2+ years now. I use it like it's my debit card and pay it off every couple of weeks. I don't pay attention to statement dates and all that. I just make sure I don't pay interest.

Applied for this card after I realized 3x points is the same as 3% back on gas, groceries, dining, and food delivery, which is like 75% of what I spend my money on lol

Went to product change my cash rewards plus card to a flagship rewards, and was told I won't be able to do that until October or so. After some research on here I found out why. I will say that's pretty disappointing, considering I won't be "applying" for the card and taking another credit hit.

Today I was on the way to pick up my daughter from school. Was a few cars back at a red light. Accelerated with traffic. Cars in front slowed down so I let off the accelerator, and when I went to resume speer, my SF revved to about 2100rpm like it was in neutral and didn't move forward until it lurched like I neutral dumped it.

I have a dashcam but audio is turned off so it wouldn't prove anything.

I'm not bashing on this car. It's my favorite daily I've ever had in almost 40 years of existence. The transmission hiccups are so rare I know the dealer won't be able to replicate it.

One thing that can be replicated though, is every time the car sits for more than maybe 20 minutes, it's like the engine is sputtering and it won't shift until running for a minute on engine power only. Definitely worse in the mornings. Dealer says it's normal.

Only making this post so maybe someone with the same issues down the road searches this subreddit and sees a similar issue.

I love this car and will keep driving it. I am also going to turn the audio on on my dash cam.
