I posted this on r/EA_NHL already but no one responded.

I don’t know anything that could have happened to break my game. I only play offline, mostly Franchise and Be A Pro and can enter and play those mode. But as soon as I hit “Play Now” on the home screen the game freezes then sends me to the screen asking if I want to report the error (i also tested this with offline shootout mode and got the same result). Has anyone else had this problem or know how to resolve it? I really don’t want to delete and re-install my game since I have multiple franchises I’ve progressed 10+ years in.

I have the interview in a couple days. I’m a teen and this is my first real job, I’m just wondering what I should expect from the interview but have some more specific questions:
- Should I bring my resume with? The application didn’t ask for anything specific about prior experiences.
- I’m assuming smart casual dress is okay, I was planning on wearing a polo and nice non-jeans pants.

So I (17 f) have been working with my parents to plan a party for my high school graduation. My parents have let me take most of the reigns of the planning, I got to pick out the food, desserts, decor etc but my mom handled invites for the most part since idk my extended family very well. I invited all of my friends from highschool and my parents also asked me about others I wanted to invite. Here’s where i think it gets kinda problematic:

They asked me if i was okay with having some of their adult friends, who happened to be parents/teachers at my (small) middle school, at the party; this included the specific family I want to uninvite (I’ll call them the Millers for this post, fake name). I said no to having anyone from middle school at this party since it’s a celebration of my high school achievements, and because I haven’t had any contact with people from that part of my life since middle school grad. I said no to having the Millers specifically since their daughter, Amy (18 f, fake name) was heavily involved in bullying me during middle school.

My parents are still good friends with Mr. Miller and ended up running into him at my cousin’s wedding since he was the DJ. They caught up and apparently ended up inviting the family to my graduation party. I feel really upset that my parents went behind my back and invited people I specifically don’t want at the party, but at the same time I feel that it’s unfair to my parents that I want their friends uninvited (they have other adult friends coming though) since I invited my own friends from school. AITA here?

I’m lowkey concerned about this work “opportunity”, I’ve been looking into it through Reddit and Google and it seems really suspicious.

I graduated high school like a month ago and got a phone call today from an unknown number which turned out to be one of my former classmates telling me about how great it’s been working for Vector and how it can set me up for success in college (e.g. getting internships). I do not know how this person got my number, we were never within the same social circles in hs. They have been posting a link to the application in their Instagram stories for a while, so I’m thinking that there is some sort of recruitment quota if this is truly an MLM.

Anyways, I genuinely got sold on it as I’ve been looking for work before college. I have an interview on Monday but the location is an hour away. Coincidentally I have a cousin also participating in it who is coming over tomorrow to try and sell us the knives so I’ll definitely ask him about it. I’m just not sure where to go from here since every story I’ve seen on the topic besides Vector Marketing’s own sources is negative. Any advice is appreciated, thanks.
