Hey all! I just got off the phone with the rep... who was hard to hear... and kept having to "check their info/get back to me" with my questions about the status challenge... from what I gather, she said once my stays goal is met, I'll retain the challenge status until the end of THIS year.

I even asked her to clarify - since my 90-day earn period ends on October 31st - that my new status would only be good for 2 months (end of this year)? or 14 months (end of next year?) I would've normally hung up and called again hoping to get a different rep, but the wait time was 25+ minutes.
