I fix up some woodwind instruments and said I'd help a buddy out with his guitar (There's some body damage on the back).
I took a quick look and assumed the Guitar was made by Marshall the amplifier company but to my surpise they don't make guitars.
Help would be appreciated

Still very new to singing. Only started formal lesson this year. For the first time I've ran into some trouble. Right now, its been roughly 5 weeks since I've sang. Alot of resting, then at the end of a week I'll do some soft humming and try see where things are at.
Voice is sitting at a low octave when I try any drills. Getting on pitch is very awkward to do and sounds horrible. On most trys its been hard to even leave my chest voice.
If I attempt to sing or humm any scales there'll be strange gaps especially going higher. My voice will just cut then quickly continue at the next note. Speaking voice is generally hoarse and gritty, especially so after trying any singing. Some days its hard to even talk.
My tutor thinks this is due to vocal tension and can be mended with rest and vocal massaging.
I do suffer from TMJ and carry alot of tension in my jaw.
If anyone's been through a similar experience I'd love to hear your tale.
(I'm not seeking explicit medial advice. Simply general wisdom from more experienced vocalist)

Hey, first time trying a supplemt of this kind and I have a question.
Was looking to take lions mane to help recover from a TBI.
Naturally, I qucikly found the LMR sub and it did put some fear into me.
Still, after a weeks research I've decided to order Nootropics 1:1 lions mane capsules (would much prefer powder but alas its out of stock). As I wrote in another post, to try and guage any negative reactions my body might have I decided to introduce the supplement in very small doses.
My question: is there any reason I should refrain from breaking the capsule and consume the powder inside in small portions with water.
Hey folks, just wanted to start by saying thanks to all the users who've put alot of time into cramming this sub with all the useful information it has. Been great to read over the last two days.
I was put on to lions mane recently by people like myself, who suffer from the many symptoms a traumatic brain injury brings.
There's paragraphs of questions I'd like to ask about the mushroom but I'll save them for another time and get to the point.
Heard the incredible success stories of TBI survivors using lions mane to help "rebuild" and facilitate nerve growth. Ran to this sub but on the way got pulled into the sub that shall not be named.
This question may sound really stupid to experts in the sub but, is there a possibility of gradually introducing lions mane into my system. Guaging my bodies response very slowly over months before starting to take a real dose?
Hey, folks. Long time reader, first time posting. Post Concussion Syndrome. Been dealing with it for just about 2 and a half years now.
Had a change in jobs recently with about a two month window inbetween that I took to try some new recovery methods.
Three months ago I was working an extremely physical job carring heavy loads all day then working out 3 to 4 times a week in the gym. (This would flair my symptoms but not destroy me).
Now, after a short two week break from lifting I've noticed my tolerance for physical tension is dropping lower and lower. I cant even do a few reps with a very light weight (4-8kg) before my heads tense and my mind is fogged.
The worst part is, these brain fog symptoms can last way past the workout itself. Sometimes even 3-4 days.
Really sucks. Guess I'm writing to see if anyone else has had a similar experience.
