My kiddo is almost 9, she's kind and respectful and quiet. In school during the year.

I am completely sober and therefore do not smoke, drink, etc. 420 friendly as long as you don't smoke inside (bc kiddo).

We also have a small female Australian Shepherd that is house trained and up to date on all vet care. She is friendly with cats and dogs. Her name is SuSu and is about 40 lbs.

I do have my own car and will need a place to park.

Just looking for somewhere safe and quiet to be safe and quiet in.

Prefer ladies theys or gays as I am queer and ND.

Really trying to stay around $500/month.

Also looking on other sites/apps/CL/etc just showing a wide net.

I'm coming to town and have to bring my doggo. I need relatively short term care that's fun and safe for my girl. Any recommendations?

As with many places there are a few problems trying to connect with ancestral type magic and occult practices because of white nationalism (at least in this case) and just generic neopagan practices. I realize also that ancient stuff is rarely saved so. Idk. Any Slavic occult stuff that is actually unique to Slavs?

My landlord knowingly rented a house to me that had a bedbug infestation (it was disclosed in the closing process when the house was purchased by the landlord), it was not disclosed to me prior to renting the home, I was not told until after I had been evicted from the home.

The landlord ignored repeated reports of bedbugs (I have timestamped photos via text).

Finally they paid to rent heaters and purchased pesticides which I was then forced to spray and operate without any training or certification. It cannot be purchased off the shelf and must be purchased only from licensed pest control specialists. My landlord found a guy in Michigan that purchases the chemicals through his license and then resells them to you with a waiver (that my landlord signed on my behalf). I have the invoices and waiver.

I lost 95% of my property, I was not provided any accommodations while I could not be in the home due to the necessary ~130*F sustained temperatures to kill the bedbugs.

I lost my job in the process from going insane with the itching and watching my child get bit. It was so stressful. So I had no income to board my dogs. I had to leave them in the backyard which then my neighbors repeatedly called animal control on me over. Luckily they had ample water and shade and where securely contained in a privacy fenced yard.

My landlord also talked to all of the neighbors and told them we were "destroying the home with bedbugs". This resulted in several of the neighbors harassing us with bogus police, fire department, and animal control calls. Again, all documted and verifiable with each department. Also showing there was no issue and they left without incident.

One neighbor was sympathetic which is how we found out the landlord was saying these things to the other neighbors.

IANAL, obviously. I think I'm looking at failure to disclose a known defect, negligence, idk lost wages, pain and suffering ?? I don't really care about the money. I just kinda want to put the universe into a bit more of a balance.

Do I maybe have a case?

New here so maybe this has already been said to death.

I'm starting my second read through of the series and knowing now that Xaden reads intentions... He immediately knew Jack Barlowe was going to push Violet off the parapet. "You better get going Sorrengail." Not to mention it seems when he was reading Violets intentions and realized she didn't want to kill him. She was angry, sure. But never once did she think the thought that she wanted to kill him. Just that she wanted to protect herself and was also angry about his family's part in Brennan's death. I think he started falling for her right then.

Looking for an equine expo to take my kid to this year. I'm finding a lot of breed and disciple specific shows, but not an overall type thing. Any ideas?

Sometimes my kid will come home and tell me a "funny" story. And sometimes that story will be about a kid doing something to her that's not okay. It's never really like a huge red flag type thing where I need to get involved, but it's still a problem that needs to be addressed. I'm worried about her not having self respect (I never had any and am trying to cultivate that in myself now as an adult).

Like the other day a friend at school had plastic ninja stars and they were throwing them at my daughter. She thought this was hilarious, I did not think it was. I don't think friends should throw fake weapons at other friends' faces.

Obviously me saying that stuff to her does not go over well with her, even if I am gentle and to the point.

So how do I talk to her about this and how do I cultivate self respect in her? I'm seeing signs of being like me when I was a kid where it didn't matter if the attention i got was good or bad, it was attention and they must actually like me!
