2022 me (19) and 2026 me (23)

Four years (2022-2026) have passed and I still can't believe that the person from both of these photos is me. From 96kg then to 75kg now. What an amazing journey.

Over the years I didn't notice the difference weight loss until after pandemic that Iable to go outside again and my friends told me that I loss weight. I did only a little time on the gym. Since I'm kinda busy with school, life, vices, etc. Though, i think my love for saunter and basketball did really help.

​

But now I'm more into cycling and still couldn't have the right free time to hit the gym due to work. But, hey I'm happy for the way I look right now except when I see my belly fat lol. Though I still have a long way to go but I made far to this journey.

​

Now I'm setting daily goal, 20k walking steps daily either on/off working days for non working days I also cycle for minimum of 40km ride. Wherever the bike can take me hahaha. It's a mixed reason for me why I'm doing this. First is because I want to lose my belly fat not rushing the process. Then, I just kinda like that I'm not thinking any depressing stuff while I'm moving my body (Walking, cycling. Jog sometimes, even basketball). Basically reason number to because of free therapy.
