gun vise?

I thought this would be simple to figure out - but the internet is just a rabbit hole of information for me to get sucked into.

Looking for a gun vise of some sort - use cases are cleaning rifles and pistols, mounting optics, installing actions into stocks, some simple work like replacing pins, etc. Nothing too heavy.

There are options like this: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07V9PK3FZ/ref=ewc_pr_img_3?smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER&psc=1#averageCustomerReviewsAnchor

And options like this: https://www.scheels.com/p/4196-4004923/?cq_src=google_ads&cq_cmp=12645232755&cq_con=174395101896&cq_term=&cq_med=&cq_plac=&cq_net=g&cq_pos=&cq_plt=gp&gad_source=1&gad_campaignid=12645232755&gclid=CjwKCAjwmJjSBhB-EiwAkZgxi2G7yu-kb9ksv6FiaBsojk5dMUQIk7Dl4kHBKbs1ao1t0CGCGxIvyhoCT6YQAvD_BwE

And then I kinda end up thinking about going to Harbor Freight and getting a cheap vise along with some of the foam I use to build up rifle stocks and a few other accessories. This is where I'm currently thinking.

Any wisdom would be greatly appreciated!

Moving from S trap to P trap and now drain is super slow

Moved into an older home that had an S trap in the kitchen sink. I know my picture under the sink looks like a science experiment run amok and it feels that way now.

Here's what we did:

- Put in a new faucet. Used shark bites from the copper to the faucet supply lines. Works great. No leaks. Was super excited.

- Put in a water filtration system (the yellow line is the drain line). The filtration system is in and no leaks.

- The vertical pipe in the back left with the fun purple coloring. This is where the problem is and where I messed up the first time around. I put an air admittance valve in the first time but the drain pipe in the back is so tight against the wall that I didn't get a proper seal between the drain pipe and the sanitary T joint. Water leakage. Essentially, the AAV didn't allow for a a good seal. I cut out the sanitary T and started again. Knowing that the AAV needed some space, I put in that little 30 degree joint hoping it would allow for a fit, which it did. The AAV is 8 inches above the sanitary T.

Here's the problem now - the sink drains incredibly slow to the point it just stops. If I loosen the AAV, I was getting some water coming out there - so I replaced the p-trap with the bendable one you see now. No water now at the AAV but the sink is still draining super slow. I think it's because I ended up basically extending the p-trap further, so it holds more water than the original bc it's so much longer.

From reading online, it seems like I've created a vacuum that is preventing the water from draining properly. I'm happy I don't have any leaks but the sink essentially won't drain.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I'm very happy that we got the faucet in and the water filtration system in - but this drain, that I foolishly thought would be the "easy" part, is just driving me crazy.

One last note - the left sink drains directly straight down. The right sink has a garbage disposal.

Thank you!

New to this part of 22lr. Looking for suppressor recommendations. Use will be to initially sit in a 1022 until I get a mark iii threaded. And also on a bolt rifle.

Seems like a lot of options. The dead air mask stands out but I’m unsure. Looking something that works well for range run and varmint removal. Any suggestions are appreciated.

Thanks!
