Roblox keeps deleting my Rain audio.

The game i'm working on needs rain sounds. So, i uploaded an audio file. It worked fine for a minute, but then Roblox deleted my audio for 'violations of Roblox Terms of Use'. So i tried again and again, shorter, longer, mp3, wav, etc etc. But it keeps deleting them and i don't know how to fix this. Does anyone know what i'm doing wrong?

Ik heb jullie mening nodig

Mensen, ik heb vandaag om 13:00 rijles maar ik zie er echt zo erg tegen op. Ik wil heel erg graag afzeggen maar dat vind ik ook zo klote voor die vent. Maar ik kan het gewoon echt niet vandaag, ik ben er veelste bang voor. Is het heel asociaal en raar als ik hem een bericht stuur met dat ik af wil zeggen voor vandaag maar dat ik wel wil betalen voor de tijd die ik ingepland sta? Mag ik jullie mening hierover horen?

Edit: Jullie hebben gelijk. Ik stap gewoon de auto in vandaag. Ik les al 10 jaar lang op en af en geef het altijd uiteindelijk op. Ik vind autorijden gewoon echt zo klote.

Edit: Ik ben altijd al depressief geweest, maar eens in de zoveel tijd voel ik me weer wat beter en dan probeer ik mijn leven weer op rit te krijgen. Daarom les ik al 10 jaar.

Laatste edit: Bedankt allemaal! Ondanks alle stress en paniek ben ik wezen rijden en het ging hartstikke goed. Jullie hebben mij overgepraat om het gewoon te doen en niet op te geven!

My first little Roblox game

I just wanted to share my first ever Roblox game. Its an endless runner game. I made most of it in Blender and made everything as optimized as possble. I did not want to involve any brainrot or other easy cashgrabs into this game, nor use the Roblox Creator Store so that all my models are originals. (I did take the trash that's in the lobby from there). Most of the things are buyable with ingame currency, but im not sure if the prices are too high. Maybe some people would like to try it out and give me some tips for improvements and tips on ingame pricings. I would very mich appreciate that. Its not perfect yet but overall i'm very proud of my first game and i worked hard on it :) PS: One thing i am proud of as well is: the road re-generates every hour. Which means that all obstacles, coins and powerups on the road will be different every hour!

ATTENTION: Dashlane may have been breached. (Password manager).

Update: Dashlane has just comfirmed on X that no data has been compromised. Atleast thats what people mention under my posts. I can’t find this post on X whatsoever. People also claim to have recieved an email about this, in which me as a paying user, have also not recieved. But if this is true, then good news!

I just want to warn everyone about that password manager Dashlane may have been breached. Dashlane has been very quiet in the last 8 hours. They have been “investigating” the problem. But I’m just here to warn everyone whl uses Dashlane. Change the credentials of your most valueble accounts. And if you could still use Dashlane, export your credentials so that you have a backup. Lets hope all is going to be okay. But just take action for the worst case scenario. Updates may be posted in r/Dashlane

To bake or not to bake? That's the question.

Using 1 material, i made several objects that i want to use inside of Unreal. Now, i can import the image textures that make up this Brick material inside of Unreal, and just connect all these objects to it. It works fine. But is that the optimized way?

Should i instead bake a material for each object? So i will end up with 11 objects and 11 materials? Which doesn't sound that optimized to me at all. But people tell me that i should because its supposed to be more optimized? What's the logic behind that? I've been searching online all i read are mixed things.

And another thing:
I have also made a modular house kit, which uses 3 materials for each object. Brick, wood and glass. What would be the most optimized way to use this inside of Unreal? Its about 25 models. Do i create 3 main materials inside of Unreal, and just connect each object to those? Or do i bake all 3 materials into 1 material for each object, so i would end up with 25 models each having their own material. Which kind of seems like more unoptimized to me because i'll end up with way more materials.

Any experts here that know the answer to this?

Kruidvat fotomachine

Ééns per jaar wil ik nog wel eens bij de Kruidvat wat foto’s laten printen. Het leek me grappig om ook een foto van de machine uit te laten printen en die bij de machine achter te laten, zodat mensen misschien een ‘wtf’ momentje zouden hebben. Het jaar daarna besloot ik dat weer te doen, maar dit keer van de foto van de foto van de fotomachine. En afgelopen jaar van de foto van de foto van de foto van de fotomachine. Telkens achtergelaten op de fotomachine. Ben ik de enige die dit doet? Uiteraard netjes afgerekend.

I got tired of using online converter tools and how difficult it is to quickly slice and crop media on Windows. So i made this tool which can convert video, images and audio (in bulk), but also crop and slice and compress them! I also use it a lot myself for making gifs from gameplay recordings.

Got more any more ideas i can try to add to this tool in the future? Or maybe found bugs? Let me know through Github's issues page.

The endless pain of paying subscriptions and looking for free vinyl cutting software has let me into making my own software. Behold, OpenVinylCutter! + a very handy Illustrator script.

Now, its still FAR from perfect. But its a start. I'm definitly not a professional programmer. Not even a little close. But its working to the point where i can actually cut vinyl! Its actually working! I even added a Illustrator script so you can quickly export your things to OpenVinylCutter.

I have 0 friends who own a vinyl cutter. So my testing was very limited. Only i have tested and tweaked it. So i hope this message reaches a lot of smarter-than-me vinyl cutters who are willing to test, tweak and help give this community a free tool! (finally). We can do this!

So please download, try it out, tweak etc. I have included a pretty long readme file.
